The Multi-year Expert Meeting on Trade, Services and Development is a recurring forum organized by UN Trade and Development (UNCTAD) that examines how trade in services can contribute to economic diversification, structural transformation, and sustainable development, especially in developing countries.
It serves as a platform for governments, experts, international organizations, academics, and the private sector to exchange experiences, discuss emerging issues, and develop policy recommendations.

Other organizations, including specialized agencies, intergovernmental bodies and non-governmental organizations in the general and special categories, as well as academia, research institutions and the private sector, may participate as observers.
