There is a significant amount of discussion on how governments can best align trade policy to spur cross-border ecommerce, whether unilaterally, plurilaterally, or at the multilateral level, on the road to MC11 in December 2017.

This lunch session generates new dialogue on trade policy frameworks as well as trade facilitation efforts that would best fuel ecommerce and MSME participation trade.
