From 10 to 12 April 2019, UNCTAD, in partnership with the East African Community, organized a regional seminar on facilitating investment in Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) projects.

The seminar gave participants an overview of foreign direct investment trends and the SDGs, financing and facilitating investment in SDG projects, investment facilitation in the region, partnerships and regional cooperation, and international investment agreement trends.
