Second lead-up webinar to the 5th UNCTAD Youth Forum: Getting ready to shape the future

As part of the 5th UNCTAD Youth Forum, taking place in Geneva from 20 to 23 October 2025 alongside UNCTAD16, the pre-Forum webinars are designed to ignite the global youth conversation ahead of the main event.

Objectives of the second lead-up webinar to the 5th UNCTAD Youth Forum:

• Introduce and explore the Forum’s key themes:
  • Investment for sustainable development
  • Beyond GDP, rethinking measures of development
  • Logistics and supply chains
• Facilitate connections and the sharing of ideas among young changemakers from around the world
• Begin drafting the Youth Declaration, a collective statement that will be finalized and officially presented at UNCTAD16
