The Global Alliance of Special Economic Zones (GASEZ) is dedicated to advance a new generation of special economic zones (SEZs) for sustainable development.
The 3rd Annual GASEZ Conference will be held in Xiamen, China, as part of the China International Fair for Investment and Trade Exhibition Centre and hosted by the Global Partnership of Industrial Parks of China (GPIPC) together with UN Trade and Development.
The founding members of GASEZ will share the work of the alliance, including the SDG Model Zone Partner Initiative. Heads of SEZs, practitioners and experts from across the world will discuss topics including priority concerns and opportunities for zones in the current global context, promoting green trade and investment, ensuring linkages between SEZs and the local economy and international standards for sustainability.
