The Ministry of ICT, Innovation and Youth Affairs (MoICT) and Ministry of Industrialization, Trade and Enterprise Development (MoITED) of Kenya are organizing jointly with UNCTAD a validation webinar for the national E-Commerce Strategy (ECS).
The draft ECS provides a strategic vision and specific initiatives, across priority policy areas, that aim to foster the continued emergence of a robust domestic e-commerce ecosystem supportive of Kenya’s overall development goals. The validation webinar marks the culmination of the strategy development process prior to submission of the document for public comment and endorsement by the Government of Kenya.
