Key Issues

The United Nations Conference on Trade and Development is organizing a training course for patent examiners, in cooperation with UNDP and the Vietnamese National Office of Intellectual Property (NOIP). The objectives of this event are to discuss the implications of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) Agreement on the examination of pharmaceutical patents and to elaborate the Vietnamese examination guidelines for pharmaceutical patents.
