Avelino Chimbulo is an economist witha master’s degree in African Developmentfrom the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a graduate of the Program for African Leadershipat LSE’s Firoz Lalji Institute for Africa.
He has over 14 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, and business development within the industrial and logistics sectors.
His professional experience encompasses the private oil sector, Sonangol Investimentos Industriais, and Unitel, where he held senior positions in project management and was responsible for developing strategic partnerships with private -sector organisations, governmentinstitutions, and multilateral entities.
Since July 2021, he has served as the Director of Strategy, Innovation, and Planning at ARCCLA; his responsibilities include acting as the Project Manager for the Lobito Corridor Master Plan.
