At its 1198th plenary meeting, on 28 September 2020, the Trade and Development Board decides to refrain from taking action on the annual report of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law henceforth, unless the annual report was presented to the Board for consideration by a representative of the Commission. Accordingly, the decision of the Board will be duly communicated.
