Reports of the Working Party on the Strategic Framework and the Programme budget

The Trade and Development Board

1. Approves the report of the Working Party on the Strategic Framework andthe Programme Budget on its fifty-second (resumed) session (TD/B/WP/210), andclarifies that the Working Party should address itself to the Trade and DevelopmentBoard. Further clarifies that the Working Party shall make recommendations to theTrade and Development Board for its approval and that the UNCTAD Secretary-General should take full account of the Trade and Development Board’s decisions,and requests the President of the Board to convey the decisions of the Trade andDevelopment Board to the General Assembly.
