Competitive neutrality is the recognition that significant government business activities which are in competition with the private sector should not have a competitive advantage or disadvantage simply by virtue of government ownership and control.
This seminar will discuss the analysis and implementation of competitive neutrality policy, drawing upon the results of the Competitive Neutrality project completed under the auspices of the UNCTAD Research Partnership Platform
Deborah Healey is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law at the University of New South Wales.
