Consultations of the President of the Trade and Development Board

The President of the Trade and Development Board, Ambassador Dian Triansyah Djani, will hold consultations with the extended bureau of the Board and interested member States on Friday, 5 June 2009, at 10 a.m. in room XVIII of the Palais des Nations.

With regard to Item 3, the following are attached:

• Informal note on assigned and spent resources;
• Informal note on various output categories and quantities and the indicators of achievement of the Programme Budget;
• Report on the readership survey of main publications of UNCTAD in 2008; and
• Progress report on the financing of participation of experts from developing countries and economies in transition in UNCTAD´s intergovernmental expert meetings.

With regard to Item 4, the calendar of meetings for 2009 – July 2011 is attached.
