DMFAS 6 installation and maintenance training in the Republic of Guinea

The mission will install DMFAS 6 at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Guinea. In addition, local database administrators and local IT staff will be trained in all the technical aspects of the software including installation, configuration and setting of parameters. This will include DMFAS database administration and maintenance procedures, back-ups, system security and user access. This step will ensure a secure environment with clear control of authorities.  The IT training also stresses the necessity of ensuring DMFAS-system critical business operations are incorporated into Disaster Recovery Plan.
