Launch of e-learning course on Effective Communication for members of the National Trade Facilitation Committees - Spanish edition

This is the first Spanish edition of the online e-coaching course* on “Effective Communication for Members of the National Trade Facilitation Committees (NTFCs)”.

This first edition will be delivered in selected Spanish-speaking countries (Bolivia, Ecuador, Honduras, and Peru) participating in UNCTAD’s project “Accelerate Trade Facilitation”** , financed by the United Kingdom.

The course is designed to strengthen NTFC members’ presentation, public speaking, communication, and training skills to enhance their leadership abilities in trade facilitation in their countries. Participants will be provided with both essential knowledge as well as concrete and practical advice to improve their communication and presentation skills.

The launch of this course will take place on 17 January 2023. UNCTAD will present the objectives of the course to participants and explain their tasks. The session will provide an opportunity to answer potential questions regarding the course.

A second edition of the course in English is also planned to be delivered in 2023 along with the French and Portuguese first editions.
