Port Management Programme Cycle 12 delivery of Module 2 in Togo

An international expert from Valencia Port (Spain) will deliver the Second Module of Cycle 12 of the Port Management Programme in Togo. Twenty-five port operators—28 per cent of whom will be women— will attend this course devoted to the organization of a port system.
