Regional Communication Course for National Trade Facilitation Committees

This course aims at reinforcing the communication of the National Trade Facilitation Committee. 

By the end of the training, chairpersons, committee members responsible for communications, and members of the NTFC Secretariats from participating countries will be equipped with the skills to: 

• Develop a comprehensive communication strategy for the NTFC
• Prepare a detailed communication yearly plan for the NTFC
• Design and implement change management activities to address resistance in trade facilitation reforms
• Monitor the implementation of the communication plan in the Reform Tracker
• Prepare tailored communication products adapted to different key channels
• Enhance their public speaking and presentation skills
