This is the first Spanish edition of the online e-coaching course* on “Effective Communication for Members of the National Trade Facilitation Committees (NTFCs)”.
This first edition will be delivered in selected Spanish-speaking countries (Bolivia, Ecuador, Honduras, and Peru) participating in UNCTAD’s project “Accelerate Trade Facilitation” **, financed by the United Kingdom.
The course is designed to strengthen NTFC members’ presentation, public speaking, communication, and training skills to enhance their leadership abilities in trade facilitation in their countries. Participants will be provided with both essential knowledge as well as concrete and practical advice to improve their communication and presentation skills.
This seminar will take place on 17 February 2023. The best assignments done by participants will be presented. UNCTAD will revise practical tools and tips for perfecting presentation and communication skills on trade facilitation projects for NTFC members. The session will also provide an opportunity to answer potential questions that participants may have pertaining to the course.
A second edition of the course in English is also planned to be delivered in 2023 along with the French and Portuguese first editions.
