Session 10 - Donors' support for the implementation of trade facilitation reforms and South-South Cooperation

Donors provide continuous efforts to support and implement trade facilitation across the region through a broad range of assistance programmes.

In this regard, participants will hear from donor organizations about the different types of assistance that are available and have the opportunity to discuss the challenges faced in identifying and sourcing necessary funding.

More specifically, this session will discuss:

  • The importance of donors' support for the implementation of C category commitments

  • The importance of coordinated efforts of the donor community

  • Insights on the trade facilitation areas donors are willing to support and outcomes donors would like to see from their interventions

  • Current developments and status of south-south cooperation
