The eleventh session of the Trade and Development Commission will provide an opportunity for member States and other stakeholders to discuss key trade and development issues related to building more resilient, sustainable and inclusive development.
The Commission will consider reports of the following meetings:

Intergovernmental Group of Experts on Competition Law and Policy

Intergovernmental Group of Experts on Consumer Protection Law and Policy

Multi-year Expert Meeting on Commodities and Development

Multi-year Expert Meeting on Trade, Services and Development
-
Multi-year Expert Meeting on Enhancing the Enabling Economic Environment at All Levels in Support of Inclusive and Sustainable Development, and the Promotion of Economic Integration and Cooperation.
The Trade and Development Commission will also consider progress made in promoting and strengthening synergies between the three pillars of the work of UNCTAD in the areas covered by the Commission and discuss the current state of trade, multilateral cooperation and sustainable development.
Participation
The Commission is open to all member States of UNCTAD. Specialized agencies and intergovernmental bodies, as well as non-governmental organizations in the general category and those in the special category, are eligible to participate as observers.
