Webinar on Effective Communication for Members of National Trade Facilitation Committees

This webinar is the second online event in the framework of the first English edition of the online e-coaching course* on “Effective communications for Members of the National Trade Facilitation Committees (NTFCs)”.

This first edition will be delivered in selected English-speaking countries participating in UNCTAD’s project “Accelerate Trade Facilitation”,** financed by the United Kingdom.

The course is designed to strengthen NTFC members’ presentation, public speaking, communication and training skills to enhance their leadership abilities in trade facilitation in their countries. Participants will be provided with both essential knowledge as well as concrete and practical advice to improve their communication and presentation skills.

The webinar for this course will take place on 8 November 2022. UNCTAD will revise practical tools and tips for perfecting presentation and communication skills on trade facilitation projects for NTFC members. The session will also provide an opportunity to answer potential questions that participants may have pertaining to the course.

The second edition of the course in English is planned to be delivered in 2023 along with the French, Spanish and Portuguese first editions.
