Competition Law and Policy and Consumer Protection
UNCTAD is the focal point within the United Nations system on competition and consumer protection issues.
The aim of UNCTAD's research and policy analysis is to contribute to poverty reduction and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals by improving the functioning of markets through strengthened competition and consumer protection laws and policies.
