Steven is Group Head of Trade Facilitation, (GoTrade) at Deutsche Post DHL and has been with the Group for 10 years, originally joining in 2011 at DHL Express as Vice President, Customs & Regulatory Affairs for Europe and Head of Trade Compliance for Europe, the Middle East & Africa.
Before joining Deutsche Post DHL, Steven spent 26 years in the Public Sector, working for HM Customs, HM Treasury, the Foreign & Commonwealth Office and the IMF. He has worked in both the enforcement and policy areas on topics such as Customs, VAT and International Trade.
Steven sits on a number of public/private trade advisory groups and think tanks at both European and Global level and is also a member of the Steering Groups of the German and Global Alliances for Trade Facilitation and the UNDP Covid 19 Private Sector Global Facility.

Anna Yuryevna Popova is the Head of the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Well-being (Rospotrebnadzor), Chief State Sanitary Physician of the Russian Federation.
Prof. Popova earned a PhD degree and then, in 2005 obtained a Professor's degree. Since 1984 Prof. Popova worked in various management positions within the Russian system for Human Well-being, which is responsible for consumer protection.
In 2014 Prof. Popova was appointed by the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation as a Head of the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Well-being. Since then, she heads the Federal Service, that reports directly to the Government of the Russian Federation and encompasses 80 000 staff in its headquarters and regional offices.
Prof. Popova is the author and initiator of the Russian Consumer Protection State Policy Strategy until 2030, as well as many other advanced national laws and projects in the field of consumer protection, including financial education, e-commerce challenges regulation, as well as special legislation for the protection of vulnerable consumers.
She also launched the state information digital portal for consumers and a unique digital labelling initiative, which enables tracing counterfeit consumer products and preventing them from distribution.

Professor Lauge N Skovgaard Poulsen, University College London, is chair of OECD’s work programme on climate change and investment treaties. Prof Poulsen has published widely on the investment treaty regime and is on editorial boards of the Journal of International Economic Law, World Trade Review, and Journal of International Dispute Settlement. Before joining UCL, Prof Poulsen was a postdoctoral fellow at University of Oxford and he has been a visiting scholar at the Brookings Institution, London School of Economics' Department of Law, and Melbourne Law School. Prof Poulsen was appointed OBE in the 2022 Queen’s New Year Honours List for his services to UK trade policy.


Rhe-Ann Prescod is a communications consultant in the Resident Coordinator Office in Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean where she has developed initiatives driven to meaningfully engage youth at all levels. Her dual love for content creation and youth development has led her to work with International and regional non- governmental organizations.
Rhe-Ann is also the founder of It’s Pretty Messy, a social media space for the “every day” woman.

Damien Andre Prescod holds a Master of Science in Telecommunications from the SUNY Polytechnic Institute, Utica New York, possesses a wealth of climate mitigation and adaptation experience attained during an eleven year tenure at the Caribbean Institute for Meteorology & Hydrology (CIMH) where for six years he served as representative for the British Commonwealth Territories as a CIMO Metrology Expert for Region IV of the WMO.
He holds a Diploma in Global Environmental Policy from the University of Geneva and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) attaining certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). He is pursuing his Doctorate in Environmental Management specializing in Oceanographic Metrology with particular focus on the Accuracy of Ocean-centric Meta-Data and its use in Oceans & Climate Policy.
He manages and coordinates multiple initiatives within the Oceans Economy Unit at Export Barbados (BIDC) focusing on private and public sector collaboration for Blue Food Trade, primarily focusing on Marine Finfish Aquaculture, trade of naturally caught Yellow Fin and Big Eye Tuna as well as Seamoss and Seaweed cultivation in Barbados. He is also Managing Director of Ocean Ciara Environmental Consultancy Services, pioneering the Barbados’ first Real Time In-situ Marine Health Monitoring Network.

Ms Elizabeth Press is Director of Planning and Programme Support in the Executive Office of the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA). She leads the Agency’s programme and strategy development and related activities in IRENA governing bodies. Ms Press represents IRENA in climate-focused organisations and initiatives and leads several special projects, including geopolitics of energy transitions. She also oversees diversification of the Agency’s resource base and is IRENA’s focal point in Europe. Ms Press has served with IRENA since its inception in 2011. Before joining the Agency, she worked for some 18 years in development and peace and security, predominately with the United Nations. Ms Press served in Africa, Europe, Middle East, North America, and South-East Asia. She has an MA in Public Administration.

Annalisa Primi is the Head of the Division on Economic Transformation and Development of the OECD Development Centre. She is the Head of the OECD Policy Dialogue Initiative on GVCs) Production Transformation and Development.
She joined the OECD in 2009, and previously to the Development Centre, she worked as economist for the Directorate of Science, Technology and Industry and for the Directorate for Public Governance and Territorial Development. From 2003 to 2009 she was Associated Expert Economic Officer at the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (CEPAL), in Santiago, Chile.
