Maria Bolotnikov is currently trade facilitation consultant at UN Trade and Development (UNCTAD).
Prior to joining UNCTAD, Maria was an economic analyst at the governmental agency Business France. There she specialized in enhancing foreign investments in France.
She holds a Master's Degree in International Relations and Foreign Affairs from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, where she specialized in Development Economics.

Karl Branch holds the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) designation and the Certified Port Executive designation. He holds both a BSc in Computer Science and Mathematics and an MSc in Project Management and Evaluation.
Karl retired as head of the Military Intelligence Unit and was awarded the Chief of Staff Commendation for intelligence and the Efficiency Decoration. Karl introduced the utilization of artificial intelligence from camera monitoring platforms to support Port operations, security and analytics.
He represents the Chairmanship of the Technical Advisory Group (TAG) to the OAS Inter-American Committee on Ports, and is also the chairman of the Stakeholder Steering Committee for the development of the Port Community System for Barbados.
Ruari Bride joined the secretariat for the UK's National Trade Facilitation Committee in December 2022 and has been working to increase its profile and member engagement ever since.
Prior to starting at HM Revenue and Customs, Ruari worked for four years in agricultural trade at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, specialising in the rice and sugar sectors.

With over 35 years of experience in the Cambodian Customs Administration, Mr. BOU Bunnara is a distinguished legal professional specializing in customs law, trade facilitation, Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) Program, customs brokerage, trade remedy law, and international trade regulations.
His impressive track record includes drafting Cambodian Customs Laws and Regulations. As a legal professional, he led expert teams to draft the 2007 Cambodia Customs Law, revise the Cambodia Customs Law, and establish the AEO Program in Cambodia. Mr. Bunnara is also a member of the Secretariat of the Cambodia National Committee on Trade Facilitation (NCTF).
Mr. Bunnara holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Public Administration from the Royal University of Law and Economics, as well as a Senior Civil Servant Diploma, majoring in Economy and Finance, from the prestigious Royal School of Administration.

Over her 17-year career, Maruxa has worked with multilateral institutions, national, regional and local governments, NGOs and philanthropy in 33 countries across continents to develop public policies, capacity and implementation projects, and multi-stakeholder partnerships that advance sustainability and equitable prosperity.

Since May 2021, Gabriela holds the position of Technical Secretariat of the National Trade Facilitation Committee of Ecuador.
She is a Foreign Trade, Integration, and Customs Engineer. With ten years of experience as a public servant, she has worked in the areas of regional integration and multilateral organizations in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Production, Foreign Trade, Investments, and Fisheries.

Sandra Casanova, President of the Territorial Logistics Strategies Commission, Research and Innovation Policy of the Territorial Collectivity of Martinique, chairs the Special Transport Committee of the Association of Caribbean States since 2022.
Holder of a Master of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the Caribbean Maritime University in Jamaica, she was Founder of the GAT CARIBBEAN Logistics and Transport Cluster.
Thanks to its leadership, this cluster has enabled better integration of French outermost regions into the supply chains of the Greater Caribbean.
In 2000, she created her first company in passenger transport.
An active member of WIMAC, Sandra was also President of Martinique Pionnières in 2012, an incubator dedicated to women entrepreneurs. She also sits on the supervisory boards of the Grand Port Maritime de Martinique and the local airport and was a member of the General Council of the Caribbean Shipping Association (CSA).
Liza Castillo Vásquez currently serves as Senior Director at SLOCAT Partnership and co-founder of the Women in Motion Network, an initiative that promotes gender equity in the transport and mobility industry.
She is former Deputy Minister of Transport and Road Safety of Costa Rica, former Vice President of the Public Transport Council in Costa Rica and former member of the Central American Maritime Transport Commission (COCATRAM). She has led public policy design processes in favor of sustainable transport and mobility services.
Liza is an active collaborator of the Laboratory of City and Territory (LACITE) of the University of Costa Rica and of the Latin American Association of Urban Planners.

Regis Chapman is the Representative and Country Director for the WFP Caribbean Multi-Country Office, overseeing WFP's work throughout the English and Dutch-speaking Caribbean. Having opened the Caribbean office in Barbados in July 2018, he has strategically led the growth of an innovative portfolio of support designed to strengthen national social protection, disaster management and food systems, covering regional entities and 22 countries and territories.
Mr. Chapman has an extensive field experience in humanitarian and development programmes around the world in a variety of programme leadership roles, including in the Regional Bureau for Latin America & the Caribbean (2013-2018), Somalia (2010-2013), Afghanistan (2008-2010), Regional Bureau for East and Central Africa (2007-2008), Timor Leste (2006), Regional Bureau for Asia and Pacific (2006) and Indonesia (2005).
Before joining WFP, he worked with the Red Cross Movement on food security programmes and emergency responses and with the United States Peace Corps.
