Fabiola Gamboa is a Trade Facilitation Advisor at the Ministry of Foreign Trade of Costa Rica. She is part of the Technical Secretariat of the National Trade Facilitation Committee, responsible for implementing the Trade Facilitation Agreement. She also oversees the Regulatory Commission of said Committee and is qualified as commercial negotiator for international trade agreements, focused on provisions related to Trade Facilitation and Customs Procedures.
Her role in trade facilitation also extends to projects for coordinated border management, infrastructure modernization, regulatory reform, representation of Costa Rica at the World Trade Organization, among others.
Fabiola is a lawyer, graduated from the University of Costa Rica, with a specialty in Banking Law and finance.
Lyndon Gardiner, Founder and Chairman of interCaribbean Airways, is a visionary entrepreneur driving economic integration across the Caribbean through enhanced air connectivity.
Raised in the Turks and Caicos Islands, Mr. Gardiner's passion for aviation took flight in 1987 with an informal air taxi service that evolved into interCaribbean - now the largest privately-owned airline in the region. Under his leadership, the airline has grown to operate a 20+ aircraft fleet serving 28 destinations across 18 Caribbean countries.
Mr. Gardiner's commitment to bridging the islands manifested in 2020's expansion amidst the pandemic. His companies, including interCaribbean, Caribbean Aviation Maintenance Services, and Provo Air Center, comprise the InterIsland Aviation Services Group.

Natnael Getachew Muluye is a dedicated and driven undergraduate student at Addis Ababa University School of Commerce, specializing in the field of Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
Hailing from the vibrant nation of Ethiopia, he is deeply passionate about utilizing his knowledge to contribute to his country's sustainable development. With a passion for sustainable solutions, Natnael is committed to making a positive impact in the world of international trade and development.
Throughout his academic journey, he has developed a deep understanding of the intricate dynamics and challenges within the logistics and supply chain industry. Natnael is particularly interested in exploring sustainable practices that promote economic growth while minimizing environmental impact. Houssem Gharbi is currently responsible of the SME growth and trade programme in Universal Postal Union.
He has more than 17 years of expertise in international relations affairs related to politics, international trade and postal sector with expertise in the use of postal sector to promote ecommerce and trade inclusion of SME and women through the implementation of projects such as Easy export, TradePost, ecommerce hub.
He was the Head of international relations affairs in Tunisian Post since 2017 to 2022, and chaired several postal groups and committees such as: the UPU Council of Administration committee for the trade inclusion, financial inclusion and ecommerce from 2017 to 2019, the African postal commission of e-commerce and e-service from 2016 to 2019.
He's passionate for the use of ITC to facilitate trade and to promote digital trade.
He holds a bachelor's degree in international trade the Ecole Superieure du Commerce.
Tamara Gibson is the driving force behind Native Caribbean Ltd., an artisan fragrance house based in Bridgetown, Barbados. As the founder and Cultural Fragrance Creator, she specialises in crafting aromatherapy, spa and home fragrances that uniquely capture the essence of the Caribbean landscapes, flora, language, cuisine and traditions.
With over a decade of experience in business development, Tamara has a diverse background. She spent seven years in regional and international agencies, helping businesses scale from micro to global commerce. For the past four years, she has dedicated herself to growing her own six-figure micro business from scratch.
Tamara holds a bachelor's degree with honors in Education and Linguistics and a master's degree in Testing, Measurement and Evaluation from the University of the West Indies.

Randy Graham is currently the Chief Operations Officer (COO) – Property and Casualty for Coralisle Group Ltd. (CG), an insurance company operating in 20 countries across the Caribbean.
Prior to his role as COO at CG, Randy was the CEO of CG United Insurance Ltd. (formerly Massy United Insurance) for 7 years. With over 15 years of insurance industry experience, he served as CEO of the Financial Services Commission in Barbados, and General Manager of IMPS Ltd.
Randy graduated Suma Cum Laude from Southwest Missouri State University with a degree in Insurance and holds a Masters degree in Risk Management from St. John’s University, New York.
Known as the first person in Barbados to be designated a Chartered Insurer, Randy serves on several Boards as a Director of local and regional associations and currently lectures at numerous institutions.
In addition to his impressive professional achievements, Randy is married with two children.

Jaime Granados is Trade and Investment Division Chief at the Inter-American Development Bank. In such capacity, Jaime supervises the formulation, execution and evaluation of financial and non-financial trade and investment support operations and provides technical advice to Governments and other stakeholders on issues of trade, investment and integration.
He was also Adjunct Professor of a course on Trade and Integration in the Americas at Georgetown University Law Center (2004-2008).
Before joining the Bank in 1998, Jaime was Director General for International Trade Negotiations at the Ministry of Foreign Trade of Costa Rica.
He holds a MSc in Public Policy from Oxford University, an LLM in International Trade Law from the University of Georgia and a Law Degree from the University of Costa Rica. He has published extensively on issues of trade and integration.
In September 2021, Rebeca Grynspan was appointed Secretary-General of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), becoming the first woman to lead the organization in its 60-year history.
Rebeca Grynspan, an economist and former Vice President of Costa Rica, is an experienced leader of international institutions with a substantive track record in government, UN diplomacy, economic policy and multilateral cooperation at the global level.
Prior to joining the United Nations, she was Vice President of Costa Rica and held cabinet positions as Minister of Housing, Minister Coordinator of Economic and Social Affairs and Deputy Finance Minister.
Previously, she served as Secretary-General of the Ibero-American Conference (2014–2021), chairing regional summits of Heads of State and Government; United Nations Under-Secretary-General and Associate Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP); and UNDP Regional Director for Latin America and the Caribbean. She was a member of the UN Commission for the Reconstruction of Haiti, representing the UN Secretary-General.
At UNCTAD, Grynspan has been at the centre of critical negotiations to address global trade and development challenges. She played a decisive role in the successful Black Sea Grain Initiative brokered between the UN, Türkiye, the Russian Federation and Ukraine, which enabled the safe export of over 32 million tons of grain, lowered global food prices by 22% and prevented millions from falling into food insecurity. She also leads the UN Global Crisis Response Group on food, energy and finance, and has represented the UN in G20 summits.
Her leadership has been recognized widely. In 2024, she received the Doha Negotiator of the Year Award for spearheading UN efforts to restore Black Sea trade routes. In 2025, Spain’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation awarded her the inaugural Isabel Oyarzábal Women in Multilateralism International Prize for her contribution to multilateralism.
Ms. Grynspan holds degrees in economics from the University of Costa Rica and the University of Sussex, and honorary doctorates from several European universities.

Jeffrey Hall is the Executive Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Pan Jamaica Group Limited. He is also the Group Managing Director of JP.
Mr. Hall is Chairman of Kingston Wharves Limited, Blue Power Group Limited, and Lumber Depot Limited. He is also a director to Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited, Sagicor Life Jamaica Limited, Sagicor Bank Jamaica Limited and Sagicor Investments Jamaica Limited, Eppley Caribbean Property Fund and the CARICOM Private Sector Organization.
Mr. Hall has served as Chairman of the Boards of Scotia Group Jamaica Limited, the Bank of Nova Scotia Jamaica Limited, Scotia Investment Limited and as a director on the Boards of the Jamaica Stock Exchange and the Bank of Jamaica.
He holds a Master of Public Policy degree from Harvard University and a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School. In 2022, Mr. Hall was awarded the Officer of Distinction in the rank of Commander by the Government of Jamaica.

Jane Han, a humanitarian logistics and supply chain specialist with USAID's Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA), has over 15 years of experience in rapid onset natural disaster and complex emergencies, chronic/protracted humanitarian crises, and targeted public health projects, in both response and recovery phases.
She has worked in remote sites and capital coordination offices in resource-limited settings across East Africa, the Middle East, North Africa, South East and Central Asia, the Pacific, and the Caribbean.
With experiences at various levels of implementation and coordination, with donor nations, host nation ministries, and implementing organizations (Save the Children, IMC, MSF, UNICEF and others), including interactions with commercial and military logistics actors, Jane has learned how to productively contribute to more coordinated, regionalized/localized disaster response and preparedness strategies.
Across her assignments, she has maintained a focus on building teams and strengthening systems for improved preparedness and response readiness.
