Online course on Trade and Gender, with an optional module dedicated to the LDCs
31 May - 18 July 2021

The course will be held from 31 May to 18 July 2021. Participants will have the option to take an optional module dedicated to the Trade and Gender Linkages in the LDCs. The course with the optional module will run from 31 May to 25 July 2021. This course targets academics, policymakers and representatives of civil society in developing and transition countries involved in research, teaching, policy formulation and implementation, advocacy or field work in the area of trade and gender.

Applicants must hold a Master's degree in Economics, Law, Political Science, International Relations, Gender studies, or related area, as well as excellent knowledge of English. Thanks to the support from the Enhanced Integrated Framework (EIF), the selected participants will be exempt from the fees associated with access to the course and the e-tutoring services provided. Participants will also be able to choose to receive the course material in a USB free-of-charge. Participants with passing grades in the course will receive a certificate of completion.

Please make sure you upload a detailed curriculum vitae and a letter of nomination from your institution indicating its support for your application and explaining how your participation in the course will contribute to your future work and the work of the institution.

The deadline for applications is 16 May 2021. Applications received thereafter and incomplete applications will not be considered. Participants will be advised of their selection by 25 May 2021.
