
Alina Monica Antoci, Senior Private Sector Specialist at the World Bank Group's Trade, Investment, and Competitiveness Global Practice since 2004, led the "Logistics Performance Indicators" project for the "Connecting to Compete - Trade logistics in the global economy" reports.
She authored the "Trade and Transport Facilitation Assessment - A Practical Guide for Country Implementation" and contributed to publications like the World Economic Forum's Global Enabling Trade Report and the World Bank Group "Border Management Modernization."
Currently, she co-leads a book on trade facilitation trends, contributes to high-level policy dialogues, and leads operational implementation of projects in Trade Facilitation, Border Management, and Customs Modernization across 70 countries.
Previously at Harvard, the European Commission, and the Romanian Ministry of Finance, she holds a Master's in Mathematics and Information Technology, a Certificate in International Tax Policy and Administration from Harvard Law School, and a Master's in Public Administration from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government.

Patrick Antoine serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Technical Director of the CARICOM Private Sector Organization (CPSO) Secretariat, mobilizing private sector participation in CARICOM.
Patrick Antoine is a respected Caribbean Intellectual and Region Thinker with vast experience in both public and private sectors. As an economist, he has over 30 years of experience across the Caribbean, North America, Latin America and Africa. He has consulted multinational corporations and governments in the Caribbean, Africa, and Latin America on trade, investment, and macro-policy issues.
His extensive roles include serving as Ambassador to various organizations and countries, including the WTO and CARICOM. Dr. Antoine has also been a Special Advisor to the Director General of the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA). He is a director on regional boards and has lectured at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, and authored numerous papers on macroeconomic subjects.
Elena Antoni is currently acting as Trade and Environment Specialist for UNECA’s African Trade Policy Center, where she coordinates a joint UNECA and UNCTAD project focused on integrating environmental considerations into countries’ implementation of the African Free Trade Area. Before her appointment with UNECA, she co-led the Policy Impact work of a multi-partner research coalition on biodiversity and trade, and worked with the UN Environment Programme as Policy Analyst.
Elena earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Mannheim, Germany, and a MPhil Degree in Environmental Law and Economics from the University of Cambridge, UK.
Robert Antoshak has over 30 years of experience in the fiber and textile industries. As a partner with the Gherzi Textil Organisation, he manages the Gherzi USA office and consults with various companies throughout the textile supply chain.
He has held executive positions with the Fiber Economics Bureau as editor of the Fiber Organon, the American Fiber Manufacturers Association as Director of International Trade, the American Textile Manufacturers as Associate Director of International Trade, Trade Resources, Inc. as President, Werner International as Vice President, INTL-FCStone, LLC as Managing Director of the Fibers & Textiles Division, and Olah Inc. as Managing Director.
In addition to an extensive background in marketing, mergers & acquisitions, sourcing, information services, and strategic planning, Mr. Antoshak has strong experience in trade negotiations and worked as an FBI-cleared industry advisor to the U.S. government on numerous bilateral quota trade agreements, NAFTA, the MFA, and the WTO.

Before founding Klasha, Jessica spent five years living and working in Shanghai, China, and held roles in technology and e-commerce with global companies including Amazon, Net-a-Porter, and Shopify. She was educated at City University London and Cambridge University.

Iheanyi O. Anyahara became the Technical Advisor for Christopher Nyong, a Board Member of the International Public Sector Accounting Standards Board (IPSASB), in January 2022.
Dr. Anyahara has over three decades of industry experience, with more than 20 years focused on financial reporting and management, accounting standard setting, and financial reporting regulation at the Financial Reporting Council (formerly known as the Nigerian Accounting Standards Board). He previously served as the Acting Executive Secretary/CEO of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria from March 1, 2020, to May 18, 2021. Currently, he holds the position of Director/Head of the Directorate of Public Sector Accounting Standards.
Throughout his career, Dr. Anyahara has held various leadership roles, including being a member of the Inter-Ministerial Committee on the National Chart of Accounts for Nigeria and a member of the IPSAS GAP analysis Committee. He also served as the Secretary to the National Stakeholders' Committee on the Roadmap to the Adoption of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in Nigeria, a committee responsible for preparing the roadmap report that was approved by the Federal Executive Council under President Goodluck Jonathan.
Dr. Anyahara is a member of several professional bodies, including the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), the Association of Forensic Accounting Researchers, the Certified National Accountant, and the Nigerian Institute of Management.
He graduated with first-class honors from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and holds an M.Sc. in Accounting from the same university, as well as an MBA in Accounting from the University of Port Harcourt. He obtained his PhD in Accounting from Babcock University, Ilishan Remo, Ogun State. Additionally, he has attended contemporary continuing education programs at Harvard Business School, the London School of Economics, the Booth Business School at the University of Chicago, and the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia.
Dr. Anyahara is happily married and has four children.
Emilio Benito Aquino is the first CPA-Lawyer appointed as Chairperson and CEO of the SEC. Under his leadership, the SEC crafted the Digital Transformation and Technology Modernization Roadmap in 2020, which led to the launch of several digital initiatives that promoted the ease of doing business in the country and championed sustainability toward the attainment of the Sustainable Development Goals. The Commission recently unveiled its third wave of digital services on July 17.
Espousing sustainability among its regulated entities, the SEC advocates for Sustainability Reporting among publicly listed companies, continuously refining its guidelines on disclosures. To better monitor ESG-related data, the SEC is working on the adoption of the IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards developed by the ISSB. Furthermore, the SEC has established guidelines for various sustainable finance instruments, including Green and Blue Bonds, all aligned with international standards. As of June 30, the Philippines is the second-leading issuer of ASEAN Thematic Bonds.
His excellence in public service has brought international recognition to the SEC, including the ISAR Honours in 2019 and 2022 and the CRF Innovation Award in 2023. At home, he earned the distinction from the Board of Accountancy as the Outstanding Professional of the Year in the Field of Accountancy and was named one of the Top 100 CPAs of the Century in 2023. He was also hailed as CEO of the Year in the 2022 IDC Future Enterprise Awards.
Daisy Arago is currently the Executive Director of the Center for Trade Union and Human Rights (CTUHR)- an independent, non-profit NGO based in Quezon city, Philippines. CTUHR is engaged in documentation, investigation and monitoring of human rights of violations committed against workers, their families and urban poor, it is also involved in education, capacity building and advocacy.
Daisy is also the Focal Person of the Labour Program of Asia Pacific Forum on Women, Law and Development (APWLD) based in Chiangmai, Thailand. Being in the human rights NGO and APWLD at the same time, Daisy gets the opportunity to work particularly with grassroots women in the region and gets to involve herself in different initiatives inside and outside the Philippines relating to transnational corporations, their operations and their impacts on communities particularly women.
Nancy Aragón Granja is a member of SMEIG, the IASB advisory body for small and medium-sized enterprises of the IASB (IFRS Foundation), a member of the United Nations advisory group, within the financial and non-financial assessment project in Ecuador (ISAR - UNCTAD), a member of the SMEs and Micro SMEs Group of the Inter-American Accounting Association, Coordinator of the Accounting Research Commission of the College of Public Accountants of Ecuador and also a member of GLENIF, the Latin American standard-setting group for this organization.
She is an Engineer in Accounting and Auditing, has an MBA from the International University, Master's degree in Account Auditing from the Catholic University of Murcia, Diploma in IFRS and Auditing.
She has international certifications issued by ACCA Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, London - England: IFRS NIIF Full and SMEs Certificate, IAS NIAS Certificate, Certification in Sustainability.
She is an instructor of workshops and courses in Ecuador and different Latin American countries.
