Alissa Trotz is Director of Women and Gender Studies at the University of Toronto and Professor of Caribbean Studies at New College.
She is also affiliate faculty at the Dame Nita Barrow Institute of Gender and Development Studies at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill, Barbados.

Mr. Francisco J. Trujillo Ramírez is currently Director of the Port Authority of Las Palmas, Canary Islands, Spain. He has held different responsibilities in public and private companies in the economic and financial sector in Gran Canaria.
His professional career has been from Head of Administration and Financial Director in the private sector, Managing Director of the Economic Promotion Society of Gran Canaria, S.A. (2004-2008), Member of the Board of Directors of the Port Employment Center of Las Palmas, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura, Secretary of the Board of Directors of Megaturbinas de Arinaga, to Head of the Economic and Financial Division of the Port Authority of Las Palmas (2008-2020).
He is a graduate in Business Management and Administration, Diploma in Economics and Business Sciences, has a Master in Business Taxation INESSE and a Master in Port Management and Planning and Intermodality.

Doris Tshepe became the Commissioner of the Competition Commission of South Africa on 01 September 2022. A former competition law practitioner representing clients in several significant competition cases, Commissioner Tshepe had been active in the competition field for many years and brings her wide experience on matters relating to the mandate of the Competition Commission. This includes deep insights into advising the government on competition law reforms.
Ms. Tshepe holds a B Proc degree, an LLB degree, and an LLM degree in Tax Law. She has been a practicing attorney for more than 20 years specializing in constitutional and administrative law, legislative drafting, media and communication law, commercial law, competition law, and employment law with a wide range of public and private sector clients.
She served on an Advisory Panel on the major amendments to the Competition Act, which was signed into law by South African President, Cyril Ramaphosa, in 2019. She served as the Managing Director at a prominent law firm, Cheadle Thompson and Haysom Inc (CTH) until 30 June 2018 and is a member of the Judicial Services Commission (JSC).
Doris was centrally involved in the drafting of a number of legislations, including the Liquor Amendment Bill, the Use of Official Languages Act and its draft Regulations, the Special Economic Zones Act and its Regulations, Standards legislation for the Department of Trade and Industry, Gauteng Shared Service Agency Bill, Regulations in terms of the Media Development and Diversity Agency Act, 2002, Further Education and Training Bill, 2003 for the Gauteng Department of Education, including regulations in terms of this Bill, Code of conduct for governing bodies of public schools in Gauteng.
Furthermore, Doris provided advice on various labour legislation, including the Employment Equity Act, Labour Relations Act, and the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, including drafting various human resources policies including terms and conditions of employment, HIV/AIDS policies, electronic communications policies, and grievance and disciplinary policies. Doris was also intricately involved in the establishment of the Media Development and Diversity Agency, including advising it on various corporate governance policies and agreements with various funders.

Mahatante Tsimanaoraty Paubert, currently Minister of Fisheries and Blue Economy of Madagascar since August 2021. Paubert is a marine biologist and oceanographer with 16 years of experience in the field of fisheries, aquaculture and marine ecosystems. He is an Associate Professor and full-time lecturer at the University of Toliara, Madagascar, for 7 years.
Paubert is also a founding member of several organizations in Africa, including SWIOTUNA, EARFISH, SANSAFA/SADC, and WIOGEN. He is an alumnus of the Fisheries and Marine Sciences Institute of the University of TOLIARA, the University of California Davis, the African Leadership Center, the Open Society Initiative for the Southern Africa and the Young African Leaders Initiative.
Paubert is the author of dozens of articles on fisheries, aquaculture and Blue Economy in general. As a public speaker and blue economy expert, he aims to make fish farming a similar activity to poultry farming in Madagascar and throughout the SADC Region, where every household practices it, mainly in rural areas, in order to contribute to food security, job creation, and poverty reduction.
The fight against IUU fishing and the transformation of the fishing sector in sub-Saharan Africa are among its main priorities. This, with the aim of strengthening the resilience of the community.

Andrey Tsyganov chairs the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia on Analysis of Commodity Markets and the Methodical Council, as well as serving on the Expert Council on Foreign Investments.
Mr. Tsyganov has been working at the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia since 1990, and since 2004, he has served as the Deputy Head of the agency. Throughout his distinguished career, he has been actively involved in legislative development, contributing as a key architect of major antimonopoly laws.
At FAS Russia, Mr. Tsyganov specializes in international economic cooperation and the oversight of foreign investments in economic entities deemed strategically significant for national defense and security. He is a member of several sub-commissions within the Governmental Commission on Economic Development and Integration, focusing on non-tariff regulation, defense in foreign trade, sustainable economic development, and technical regulation including sanitary and phytosanitary measures.
Mr. Tsyganov actively represents FAS Russia in international forums including BRICS, APEC, OECD, ICN, ICAP, and UNCTAD. He leads bilateral negotiations with foreign competition authorities and has contributed extensively to FAS Russia’s international cooperation efforts in antimonopoly policy.
An accomplished author, he has published numerous articles and co-authored books on competition law, foreign investment, and small business support.
For his significant contributions to competition policy, prevention, and suppression of monopolistic practices, Mr. Tsyganov has been honored with the Order of Friendship by the President of the Russian Federation. He also holds the II class Medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland", the title of Honored Economist of the Russian Federation, and has received several awards from FAS Russia, including the titles Honorary Employee of the Antimonopoly Authority of Russia and the Medal for Excellence in Service.
Mr. Tsyganov graduated with honors in Economics from Moscow State University (MSU) in 1983. In 1986, he completed his postgraduate studies at MSU, successfully defending his PhD thesis on planning and organization of economic administration. In 2000, he earned a degree in Law from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.

Dr Sergi Tudela i Casanovas (Barcelona, 1969) holds a Ph.D. on fisheries ecology from the University of Girona and two M.Scs. in biology and applied oceanology from the University of Barcelona and the University of Perpignan, respectively.
After working for 8 years as a scientist at the Spanish National Research Council, Dr Tudela moved to the WWF, where he spent 15 years as head of its fisheries programme for the Mediterranean region. Dr Tudela has authored dozens of scientific papers and some books on fisheries and marine issues and has contributed expertise to international organisations, including the FAO. He has been honoured with the WWF Award for Conservation Merit (2013) and the Catalan Fisheries Award (2015).
In January 2016 he was appointed Director-General for Maritime Policy and Sustainable Fisheries with the Government of Catalonia.


Harikrishnan “Hari” Tulsidas is an Economic Affairs Officer in the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) with over 30 years of experience in natural resources and materials management. He has worked with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and the Department of Atomic Energy, India in the past. Currently, Mr Tulsidas is the technical advisor for the United Nations Framework Classification for Resources (UNFC) and United Nations Resource Management System (UNRMS). He has led over 50 international technical cooperation and collaborative research projects in sustainable resource development in over 80 countries and has authored over 100 publications.
