José Beni is the Comptroller of the General Administration of Ports S.E (Port Buenos Aires) since May 2020. Among his responsibilities, stands out the planification of port policies to promote the arrival of more cargo and more cruise ships to the country’s only national port and the representation of national interests concerning the development of foreign trade.
Mr. Beni has ample experience in the maritime sector of the Republic of Argentina. He has worked in Puerto Buenos Aires since 2012, where he has served as General Manager and within the Operations Management. Previously, he held different positions within the National Secretary of Transportation and the Under Secretary of Ports and Inland Waterways.

Daniela Arruda Benjamin is a career diplomat for Brazil's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, serving as the Director of the Department of Regional Integration since May 2023.
Since joining the Foreign Service in 1996, she has specialised in negotiating and coordinating state positions in intergovernmental fora, steering high-level policy dialogues, and advancing Brazil's strategic objectives within regional and international organisations.
She served as Minister-Counsellor and Deputy Delegate to international economic organisations in Paris, and she is now Director of the Department of Regional Integration at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Itamaraty), where she leads interministerial efforts on integration and political coordination.
Ambassador Benjamin holds a Master's degree in Public International Law and a postgraduate diploma in European Community Law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, a Diploma in Diplomacy from Instituto Rio Branco, and a Bachelor of Laws from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul.
Gadi Benmoshe is the Managing Director of Marinnovators, offering consulting services focusing on Digital transformation, Innovation and Cybersecurity to Port Authorities, Port Operators and Maritime-Tech companies.
Benmoshe is vice chair of the International Association of Ports and Harbors (IAPH) Data Collaboration Committee in which he lead the development of the whitepaper “The mindset shift to innovation in ports”.
He is a former Chief Information Officer of Israel Ports Company, in which he led the Israeli nation-wide Port Community System. He also participates in a number of international organizations activities: IMO, UN/CEFACT, WEF, IPCSA, ISO.
He holds B.A. in computer science as well as M.B.A.

Joel’s video game career started with British indie console game developer Wide Games then quickly progressed to representing and growing all of leading UK console and PC game developer KujuEntertainment’s five studios. Joel worked in digital marketing and distribution, publishing indie titles on XBox Live Arcade while consulting at Board level with most of Europe’s largest and most successful video game developers.
Joel gained experience in mobile free-to-play game publishing while VP of Business Development for FusePowered in Toronto and all aspects of video game licensing while Director of Licensing and Business Development for Codemasters.
Joel is a Partner at Interactive Studio Management which represents the commercial interests of the world’s top independent video game developers.

Lodovico Benvenuti is the Director of Multilateral Relations and Regional Director for Europe at the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI). He represents the interests of the global recording industry with the European Commission, the European Parliament, and other key decision-makers within the European Union and at multilateral levels.
He is responsible for developing and implementing IFPI’s European strategy, working closely with National Groups and IFPI’s member record companies. Lodovico, together with the Brussels team he leads, engages with European policy and legislative developments to foster an environment where European recorded music can thrive.
His work also contributes to IFPI’s Global Legal Policy initiatives, collaborating with multiple international organisations and platforms, including WIPO, the G7, G20, OECD, and UNESCO. Lodovico brings over 20 years of experience in European Union public affairs.
Helga Berger has been a member of the European Court of Auditors ‘ECA) since 2020. Initially involved in the audit of Financing and Administration, she moved to the audit of Investment for Cohesion, Growth and Inclusion in 2022, overseeing among others the Cohesion, Resilience and Values chapter in the Annual Report and the 2023 report on public procurement in the EU.
In March 2024, she became Chair of the ECA’s Chamber for Quality Control and Chair of the INTOSAI Professional Standards Committee leading the efforts to provide relevant, robust and clear professional standards and guidance for all Supreme Audit Institutions.
Since December 2022, she has also chaired the Board of Auditors of the ESM.
Previously, she served at the Austrian Court of Audit, as Director General for Budget in the Ministry of Finance, and as a judge. She has over 25 years of experience in public finance.
Wendy Berman is a distinguished legal professional with over 30 years of experience in securities litigation, regulation, and corporate governance. Most recently, she was a partner and head of the National Securities Litigation practice at a national law firm in Toronto, where she advised public companies and boards on complex disclosure, regulatory, and governance matters.
Previously, Wendy was Vice-Chair of the Ontario Securities Commission, where she served on the board, executive team, and adjudicative committee. She led or participated in adjudicative panels on securities enforcement and transaction-related matters and oversaw key regulatory initiatives in Canadian capital markets, including climate-related and diversity disclosures, crypto asset regulation and burden reduction for Canadian issuers.
Recognized as one of Canada’s leading securities litigators, Wendy has received the highest ranking by Chambers Canada, Lexpert, Benchmark and Best Lawyers as well as numerous awards.

Juan Felipe Bernal is the Chief Negotiator of the Colombian Ministry of Trade, Industry and Tourism. He is an economist from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana with a master’s and Ph.D. in Economics from the Toulouse School of Economics in France. His expertise spans economic policy, foreign investment and intellectual property. He held key advisory roles at Colombia’s National Tax and Customs Directorate (DIAN) before joining the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Tourism. His academic career includes teaching positions at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Universidad del Pacífico (Peru), and Sciences Po Toulouse (France). From 2019 to 2022, he was the founding director of the Ph.D. in Economics program at Javeriana and led the Economic Policy research group. He has received multiple academic distinctions, including top honors during his studies and research scholarships from the French government and Université Toulouse I Capitole.

Nathalie Bernasconi-Osterwalder, LL.M, is IISD's Interim Co-President and Co-CEO, serving alongside Martha Casey in this role. Nathalie is also IISD’s Vice-President, Global Strategies and Managing Director, Europe.
Nathalie leads major new initiatives across IISD’s programs, is the institute’s senior leader in Europe, and heads IISD’s Economic Law and Policy program. She is based out of IISD’s office in Geneva, Switzerland, and is IISD Europe’s representative in the Think Sustainable Europe network of think tanks.
Nathalie has extensive legal, policy, and training experience in the areas of public and private international law, trade, investment, sustainable development, human rights, international environmental law, and international dispute settlement. She has authored and edited several peer-reviewed publications and collections covering various facets of international law.
Additionally, Nathalie is a visiting professor on international investment law at the Geneva Graduate Institute and is the Vice-Chair of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe Team of Specialists on Environmental, Social and Governance Traceability of Sustainable Value Chains in the Circular Economy.
Before joining IISD in 2009, Nathalie served as Managing Attorney at the Center for International Environmental Law (CIEL) in Geneva, after previously being based out of CIEL’s Washington, D.C. office. Earlier, she was a fellow at the International Institute of International Economic Law at Georgetown University Law Center and worked in Hanoi, Vietnam, for a legal reform project of the United Nations Development Programme. She previously worked at an Australian law firm and at the Swiss Department of Justice in the Section for International Law. In Switzerland, Nathalie is admitted to the Bar of Basel.
She is based in Geneva and is fluent in English, German, and French.

Olga Bernatskaia is а Chair of the International Committee on Sustainable Development of the professional organizations of accountants and auditors of the Eurasian region (Accountancy EURASIA), Vice-President of Non-for-profit partnership «CPA», UNCTAD Consultant. Olga has extensive experience in corporate governance and corporate reporting, including ESG reporting.
Mrs. Bernatskaia is the author of the "Eco-Environment ICPA in the Field of Sustainable Development", "Code of Ethics on Sustainable Development "ECO behavior code (EBC)" and "Eurasian Regional Initiative for the Development of Educational and Certification Programs in Sustainability Accounting and Reporting (ERIEC) – CertCSA" initiatives nominated for "ISAR Honours".
Mrs. Bernatskaia has more than 30 research papers, including papers on sustainable development and is a PhD candidate in economics.
