
Taisuke Ito is the Chief of the Trading Systems Section, Division on International Trade and Commodities, at UN Trade and Development (UNCTAD).
He leads the work of a team responsible for trade preferences, South-South trade cooperation and the multilateral trading system, and serves as the Focal Point for the Global System of Trade Preferences among Developing Countries (GSTP).
He holds a master's degree in international relations from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva.

Frederick Itungulu is Principal Ginnery, Ginning Engineer and IT Officer, at the Uganda Cotton Development Organization since 2004. He possesses understanding of the Cotton Subsector including Value Addition related activities having worked with Uganda and Zambia cotton industry.
He is a proficient manager who has directed and managed professionals, support staff and an excellent team player. He has a deep experience as process and maintenance engineer with exceptional trouble shooting, problem-solving and preventive maintenance skills. Frederick Itungulu holds a Master of Science in Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, Zaparozhye Machine Building Institute ( former USSR), a Master of Business Administration in Management, Nkumba University (Uganda) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from Kampala International University

Chrisitan Ituome is Advisor to the Minister of Hydrocarbons of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. With over a decade of experience in the banking sector, where he developed a strong expertise in accounting and financial administration, corporate accounting, portfolio management, risk analysis, budgeting, and human resources, Mr Ituome Udjuu has lent his skills to the public sector. He successively held the positions of advisor to the cabinet of the Deputy Prime Minister in charge of the budget (4 years) and then to the Deputy Prime Minister in charge of the national economy (1 year) before joining the Ministry of Hydrocarbons. This diverse career path provides him with a comprehensive understanding of economic and financial issues, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.

Arnau Izaguerri Vila is an Economic Affairs Officer at the Competition and Consumer Policies Branch of United Nations Conference on Trade and Development. He is project officer for the UNCTAD DODR project on Delivering digital trading infrastructure and online dispute resolution for consumers as means to improve international trade and electronic commerce, targeting Indonesia and Thailand. He was previously responsible for the implementation of the UNCTAD MENA Programme for regional integration through competition and consumer protection policies for the Middle East and North Africa region and for the COMPAL Programme for Latin America and the Caribbean, before that. He was also responsible for the intergovernmental negotiations leading to the revision of the United Nations Guidelines for Consumer protection and currently serves as secretariat to UNCTAD's Intergovernmental Group of Experts on Consumer Protection Law and Policy.
Mr Izaguerri holds a degree and master's in law by the ESADE Law & Business School, Ramóm Llull University in Barcelona. He is also master in lnternational Law suma cum laude by the Graduate Institute in Geneva. He has experience in private law practice and well as the World Trade Organization, the Ministry for the Economy and Finance of France, the National Institute for the Defense of Free Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property of Peru and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Andorra. His various publications are related to public international law, international trade law, and consumer protection.
Mikayil Chingiz Jabbarov (born 19 September 1976), is an Azerbaijani politician who is the current Minister of Economу of Azerbaijan (since 23 October 2019).
He was previously Minister of Taxes (2017–2019) and Minister of Education (2013–2017).
He studied at Baku State University, graduated from the International Law Department with distinction, and obtained an LL.M degree from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific (Sacramento, California, US). Followed by a master's degree in Economics from Azerbaijan State Economic University.
Annetta Jackson is the resident Storyteller at Intersect Antigua advocating for intersectional gender equity and promoting Caribbean Feminist Stories and perspectives. She also serves as Law and Policy Coordinator for Amplify Caribbean, and works in the Human Rights field managing an EU funded death penalty abolition project.
Annetta is an advocate, feminist, and creative. She is a 24 year old Law Graduate and was called as a Barrister to the Bar of England and Wales in February 2021. She is currently cross-qualifying to secure her Legal Education Certificate at the Norman Manley Law School.
Annetta loves photography and writing, and uses these talents to highlight Caribbean realities and feminist issues; combining her academic discipline, personal interests and activism with her career.

Ronald Jackson has over Twenty (23) years of experience in Disaster Risk Reduction, Recovery and Management. He is currently the Head of Disaster Risk Reduction, Recovery and Resilience Building Team within the Crisis Bureau at the United Nations Development Programme.
Ronald has served as the Executive Director of the Caribbean Disaster and Emergency Management Agency for seven (7) years where he led the framing of the 2014-2024 Comprehensive Disaster Management Strategy for CARICOM and the Development of the Caribbean Pathway for Resilience in 2018; He was instrumental in establishing the Regions First Caribbean Consortium for Multi-Hazard Early Warning Systems in 2019, The Establishment of the Regional Training Centre and the Caribbean Risk Information System in 2018 and 2019 respectively.
He has also served as the Director General and Deputy Director General of the Office of Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Management (ODPEM) in Jamaica where he received a Certificate of Commendation from the Caribbean Community for his contribution to the rescue and recovery efforts in the aftermath of the January 2010 Haiti Earthquake.

Mark Jacobs is currently director of the department International Trade Policy and Market Regulation (IMH) at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of The Netherlands. IMH focuses on international trade and investment policies, export controls for strategic goods, and responsible business conduct. Mark has over 20 years of experience in governmental affairs, working at different ministries in the Dutch Government (Ministry of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment). While spending most of his time working on international financial and economic regulatory matters in the framework of the EU and WTO, he also gained extensive knowledge of the Dutch labour market after several positions at the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment. His last position before being transferred to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was Acting Director of the Department of Industrial Relations. Mark holds a masters degree in public international law, specializing on international trade, from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. Part of his studies, he spent in Harare, Zimbabwe.
