Technical Cooperation Strategy
The Trade and Development Board, at its sixty-eighth executive session in October 2019, requested the UNCTAD secretariat "to prepare a draft strategy for its technical cooperation in consultation with regional groups and to initiate a preliminary discussion at a session of the Working Party to be held in the first quarter of 2020" (decision 550 (EX-LXVIII), paragraph 3 (TD/B/EX/68/5)).
Following consultations with regional group coordinators, the UNCTAD secretariat has prepared a non-paper on a technical cooperation strategy as the basis for discussions. This non-paper includes a list issues for discussion.
