En 1992, elle crée le cabinet conseil ACF Sarl, dont elle est associée gérante. Impliquée pour la cause des femmes entrepreneures, Éliane est Formatrice Principale du programme ACCES!
Elle est également élue Vice-présidente nationale de la FEC en charge des femmes et des jeunes entrepreneurs

Shantal Munro-Knight, Development and trade policy specialist and is the current Chief Executive Officer of the Cannabis Unit under the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security. She has over 20 years’ experience in the non-profit sector and was the former Executive Director of the Caribbean Policy Development Centre (CPDC).
She specialises in the areas of trade policy, public policy, leadership, capacity building, advocacy, policy research, and organisational change management.
Dr. Munro-Knight has written, co-written and led the development of numerous research papers on issues including the adjustment impact of trade liberalisation, climate change, gender and regional integration. She has also held a number of positions on boards and committees of regional and international organisations including CIVICUS, the Global Environment Fund Small Grants Programme and the Commonwealth Foundation. She has participated extensively in UN processes, including processes leading up to the adoption of the Sustainable Development Goals and the 3rd International Conference on Small Island Developing States (SIDS) where she was the lead NGO spokesperson under the UN NGO Major Groups.
Joni Musabayana leads the promotion of social justice, decent work, and inclusive economic growth across 13 Member States and nine non-metropolitan territories in the English-and Dutch-speaking Caribbean. He provides strategic direction for technical guidance and cooperation through Decent Work Country Programmes and other activities though the United Nations system.
Prior to joining the ILO Caribbean Office in 2023, Mr. Musabayana was Director of the ILO Pretoria Decent Work Team, leading support for 18 countries in Eastern and Southern Africa. He was also Director for the Country Office politically and administratively covering Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho and South Africa.
He has a Doctorate in Business Leadership from UNISA School of Business Leadership, a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Zimbabwe.

Jane Musyoki is the Officer in charge of Trade Information Portal and Value Add Services at Kenya Trade Network Agency (KenTrade); the organization mandated to facilitate cross border trade and establish, manage and implement the National Electronic Single Window System in Kenya. She has progressive experience in International Trade for Eight years.
Jane holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (Strategic Management) from the University of Nairobi and is a communication graduate from the same University. She has a post graduate diploma in Information and Technology, Certificate in Trade Law & Policy and is also a Master trainer in Trade facilitation Agreement in East Africa Community Bloc. She is a PRINCE2 Practictioner in certification in managing successful projects as well as a TRALAC Alumni.

Tadiwanashe Mutibura is the winner of the first Supply Chain Innovation Challenge with her Proposal for solar-powered locker-sized booths for small-scale cross-border traders.
She is currently working as a treasury and structured finance trainee ·at InnBucks MicroBank Limited, Harare, Zimbabwe.
She graduated from Stellenbosch University in South Africa with a BCom(Law)
A super random fact about Tadiwanashe is that she loves watching documentaries on whales and maritime vessels despite living in the teapot-shaped landlocked country in Southern Africa.
This curiosity stems from her love of reading and simply having the opportunity to explore other lifestyles and cultures through the stories of those who have experienced it firsthand.
Curiosity aside, she is passionate about African development and the potential for growth especially through the lenses of trade and the impact that it can have not only on our economies but on the daily lives of all the people involved.
James Muoka Mutisya is the Principal Analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department at the Competition Authority of Kenya (CAK). With over 25 years of experience in the implementation of Competition Law and Policy, James is a seasoned expert in analyzing market dynamics, assessing merger transactions, and promoting fair competition within the Kenyan and regional economies.
He holds a Master of Arts in Economic Policy Management from Makerere University, which has equipped him with strong analytical and policy formulation skills, particularly in regulatory economics and market oversight.
Throughout his career, James has played a key role in shaping Kenya's competition landscape, contributing to regulatory reforms and advancing merger review processes to support economic efficiency and consumer welfare.

The Hon. Mr. John Mutorwa is currently serving as the Deputy Prime Minister, whilst at the same time, retaining his position as Minister of Works and Transport. He was appointed in the Deputy Prime Minister role on 09 February 2024.
Following Namibia's independence in 1990, Mr. Mutorwa joined Government, as the Regional Commissioner for the Kavango Region, Omega and Tsumkwe Areas. In 1992, he became a member of both Parliament and Cabinet. He further served in several Ministerial portfolios in the Government, ranging from being the Deputy Minister of the then Department of Water Affairs; Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports; Deputy Minister of Fisheries and Marine Resources; Minister of Basic Education and Culture; Minister of Basic Education, Sport and Culture; Minister of Youth, National Service, Sport and Culture; Minister of Agriculture, Water and Forestry; and now the Minister of Works and Transport.
Mr. Mutorwa holds a BA Degree, majoring in History and Psychology, from the University of Fort Hare, South Africa; Higher Education Teaching Diploma; BA (Hons in History) from the University of Namibia and a M.Ed (Interdisciplinary Studies in Education) from University of the Montana, (USA) and a Certificate in Executive Program for Leaders in Development from Harvard University (USA).
