Naledi Moleo is a broadcast journalist and news anchor at eNCA, one of South Africa’s leading news channels for decision-makers across the country and the continent.
She anchors Newslink, a mid-morning bulletin that provides in-depth coverage of national and regional developments, political affairs and economic trends shaping South Africa’s public discourse.
With over two decades in broadcasting, Ms. Moleo's career spans radio and television, including her time as anchor of The Agenda on SABC News and host of Newzfeed PM on Newzroom Afrika – a prime-time debate show that examined the socio-political issues influencing the nation.
Prior to that, she hosted The Talk Shop on SAfm, South Africa’s widest-reaching talk radio station, where she led national discussions on governance, culture and current affairs. Earlier in her career, she produced and presented Youth Expression on SABC News International, which broadcast across the African continent, and hosted Make Your Move on SABC 1, a youth empowerment show.
Kristian Schach Moller is the CEO of the Agricultural Commodity Exchange for Africa (ACE), based in Lilongwe Malawi. Kristian is from Denmark, but has lived in Malawi since 2005 and has been with ACE since the first trade operations started in 2006. Kristian has since been instrumental in setting up the ACE trading system, which includes the warehouse receipt system. Kristian is the Chairman of the Working Group for Commodity Exchanges under the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Tourism, where the Warehouse Receipt Act and the regulatory framework for commodity exchanges and warehouse receipts system was developed. Kristian holds a Master of Law and a Master of International Business and is a certified Arbitrator.

Jarlath is Director of Strategic Affairs at the IFRS Foundation, where he leads the organisation’s internal sustainability project and the capacity building programme linked to the new IFRS sustainability disclosure standards. He has over 15 years’ experience in roles across the public, private and non-profit sectors in multiple countries on a range of Environment, Social and Governance topics. These include climate change policy, decarbonisation and climate change adaptation, as well as non-financial reporting, ESG enterprise, internal audit, sustainable finance and capacity building. He is a physics graduate of TU Dublin, holds an MSc in climate change from UEA Norwich, a PhD in civil and environmental engineering from Imperial College London and is a chartered physicist.

Martin Moloney joined the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) in September 2021 as Secretary General.
Prior to joining IOSCO, Martin was Director General of the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) and before that he worked as a Special Adviser on Risk and Regulation to the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI), where he served for 16 years, previously heading up the Markets Policy, Markets Supervision, and Legal and Finance Divisions respectively. Prior to joining the CBI, Martin worked for brief periods in the Department of Justice and the Irish Competition Authority, and spent ten years working in the Irish Department of Finance in positions of responsibility in relation to both national and semi-State debt management and the sale of State banks. Martin spent his early career working in Industry at Barclays Bank and the Bank of Ireland in London.
Martin has an LLM in Business Law and a Masters qualification in Economic Policy, both from Trinity College Dublin. He has Postgraduate Diplomas in Arbitration, Regulatory Management and has completed professional examinations of the Chartered Institutes of Bankers and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Julio Armando Moltó Alain is an engineer by profession, with extensive and varied professional experience in both the public and private sectors. In the government sphere, he has held important positions such as Director of the National Police, Executive Secretary of the Security Council and Executive Secretary of the Ministry of the Presidency.
In the private sector, he has worked in the area of social communication and logistics, holding the position of Executive Vice-President and General Manager of the GESE Publishing Group, New Media Manager at Corprensa, Manager of Mi Diario and General Manager of Solo Container Panama. This extensive experience has allowed him to develop strategic and management skills in diverse and dynamic environments.
During the 2009-2014 presidential term, he served as Director of the Panamanian National Police, demonstrating leadership and management skills in the public sphere.
Throughout his professional life, he has accumulated solid experience in public and private service, establishing himself as a recognised and respected figure in his field.
Head of International Affairs, at the International Finance and Affairs Division of the Ministry of Finance of Chile. Lawyer from the University of Chile and an LL.M. Heidelberg University, with more than 15 years of experience on international economic issues and international trade and investment law. He was Counsellor at the Permanent Delegation of Chile at the OECD and Head of the Services and Investment Division and the OECD Division of the Undersecretariat of International Economic Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Chile. Under this capacity he was Services and Investment Lead for the EU modernization process, CPTPP and other bilateral negotiations such as China, Australia, Thailand, Hong Kong, etc. Co-chair of the Investment Expert Group of APEC and lead for the services and investment group of the Pacific Alliance, National Contact Point of the RBC Guidelines of the OECD, Chair of the Working Party of the Trade Committee.

Dr. Célestin Monga is professor of public policy (economics) at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. He is also Faculty Associate at the Center for International Development at Harvard University and Fellow at the Harvard University Center for African Studies.
Since 2016, he has also been part-time Professor of Economics at the University of Paris, Panthéon-Sorbonne and Research Professor at Peking University’s Institute of New Structural Economics.
Prior to his current life in academia Monga held various board and senior executive positions in academia, financial services, and international development institutions, serving most recently as Managing Director at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), Vice-President and Chief Economist of the African Development Bank Group, and Senior Economic Adviser/Program Director at the World Bank Group.
Monga has published extensively on various dimensions of economic and political development. His books have been translated into several languages and are widely used as teaching tools in academic institutions around the world.
Dr. Monga holds graduate degrees from MIT, Harvard University, and the Universities of Paris and Pau.

H.E. Mr. Suharso Monoarfa is currently he Minister of Development Planning and Chairman of the National Development Planning Agency, the Republic of Indonesia.
He started his career as a businessman for 20 years. After showing some successful results in the field of business, Suharso became a professional politician in 2004. Suharso has been actively participating in numerous development projects in the country.
Those experiences have shaped his career as well as equipped him with various essential soft skills. Suharso' contribution to public affairs started when he was trusted in 2009 until 2019 as the Minister of Public Housing and member of Presidential Advisory Council.

Alicia Montalvo Santamaría is, since June 2022, Manager of Climate Action and Positive Biodiversity at the Development Bank of Latin America, CAF.
In the international arena, Ms. Montalvo has held the following positions: Chief Counselor of the Economic and Commercial Office at the Embassy of Spain in Colombia; Executive Director for Austria, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Norway, and Sweden at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB); General Director at ICEX, Spain Exports, and Investments, of the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness of Spain; General Director of Climate Change at the Ministry of the Environment, and Rural and Marine Affairs of Spain; Member of the Economic Policy Committee of the European Union; General Director of Commercial Policy and Foreign Investments in the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Spain.
Ms. Montalvo holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and Business Sciences from the University of Valencia, Spain. She also earned a master’s degree in Public Administration (MPA2) from Harvard University.
In the academic field, she has been a professor of Economics of Natural Resources at Carlos III University and at the Center for Commercial Studies (CECO) in Spain; she has also participated in numerous international conferences and presentations.
