
Dulguun Enkhbaatar is currently working as Customs officer at International Cooperation Division of Mongolian Customs General Administration. Her responsibilities are Developing project proposals and liaising with donor organizations to secure funding for capacity building events for customs official; Contact point of the multilateral cooperation.
She has graduated CQU with her Master in Business Management in 2016. She has also been appointed as a national consultant of the National Trade Facilitation Empowerment Programme at United Nation Conference on Trade and Development since 2020. Among her responsibilities are: Desk research regarding the identification and collection of relevant national emergency regulations and measures affecting trade issues in Mongolia; Develop a rapid response plan and a matrix containing all national emergency regulations and measures related to trade issues, that are put in place in emergency/crisis situations in Mongolia; Contribute to the development of action plans for the National Committee of Trade facilitation.

Minna Epps is the Global Ocean Director of the International Union for Conservation of Nature, IUCN), leading the Union’s global ocean-related work, including programmatic development and delivery of multi-million dollar progammes dedicated to commissioning cutting edge marine scientific research (ocean acidification, deoxygenation and marine heatwaves and how it effects marine biodiversity and ocean health), implementing pioneering nature-based solutions, sustainable blue economy solutions and deploying innovative blended finance mechanisms in partnership with private investors and public funding.
Global ocean policy work include Head of IUCN Delegations for various Multilateral Environmental Agreements and negotiations including the recent High Seas BBNJ Treaty negotiation.
She brings her experience from IUCN, Marine Stewardship Council, European Commission, United Nations Environment programme, World Trade organisation, and marine conservation NGOs. Minna is a marine biologist with studies from Imperial College, Rhode Island School of Oceanography and UC Berkeley.
Karen is a strategic leader, partnership builder, and trusted advisor with a passion for supporting the missions of international organisations. With her expertise in international law, integrity, compliance, and good governance, she drives and implements objectives, fostering a culture of integrity, transparency, and collaboration across global teams.
Before joining IIU, Karen served as the International Director of Integrity, Compliance & Legal at SOS Children's Villages International, where she was part of the extended executive leadership team. In this role, she successfully led the integrity and asset safeguarding functions and strengthened good governance within the SOS Children's Villages Federation.
Prior to her tenure at SOS Children's Villages, she held various legal positions in the fields of anti-fraud, anti-corruption, anti-harassment, and international technical and scientific collaboration at the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) and the European Organisation for the Exploitation of Meteorological Satellites (EUMETSAT).
Karen holds several law degrees, including a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Legal Studies, First and Second State/Bar Examinations in Law, as well as an Executive Master in Public Administration.

Christoph Ernst is a Senior Economist, Lead of the Investment, Sectoral Strategies and Transitions Team in DEVINVEST, Employment Department of the International Labour Organization, based in Geneva.
He had previous assignments with the ILO at HQ in different areas (employment analysis, social protection, working conditions). He also has field experience, with the ILO, but also with other UN agencies (UNDP, UNIDO, UNHCHR and UNCTAD), mostly in Latin America (Brazil, Chile, Argentina), but also in Asia and Pacific (Papua New Guinea).
He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne as well as a M.A. from the same university in International Finances and Development Economics. He has a large record of international publications in various languages on the following topics: development, investment, trade, informal employment, sectoral policies, green jobs, labour market analysis.

Vanessa Erogbogbo is Chief, Green and Inclusive Value Chains section at the International Trade Centre and a member of the Management Action Group.
She has over two decades of experience in trade and private sector development having worked in both international development and the private sector. She oversees ITC’s work on sustainable value chains and is responsible for driving the sustainability agenda of ITC.
Vanessa is a member of the advisory board of the Geneva Trade Platform housed within the Geneva Graduate Institute’s Centre for Trade and Economic Integration, a member of the steering committee of the Forum on Trade, Environment and the SDGs, and a member of the advisory board of the Ford Foundation Plus Fund Initiative. She was the architect of ITC’s SheTrades initiative and was chair of ISO/IWA 34 on women’s entrepreneurship. She previously held positions at the International Finance Corporation, Standard Chartered Bank, and as an entrepreneur.
She holds an MBA from London Business School, an MSc Information Technology and a B.Eng Hons in Civil Engineering from Loughborough University, and an executive certificate in Climate Change Policy: Economics and Politics from the Harvard Kennedy School.

At the World Bank, Şebnem serves as the Practice Manager for Infrastructure Finance, PPPs & Guarantees. She also oversees the World Bank guarantee program. She and her team collaborate with sector teams, government clients, commercial counterparts, IFC, and MIGA to develop programmatic approaches to mobilize private capital for climate-smart projects through financial structuring, targeted credit enhancements, and technical assistance.
She has over 20 years of experience in structured credit markets (including infrastructure bonds, project finance, bridge loans, mezzanine, and asset-backed securities). Prior to joining the World Bank in 2015, Şebnem was a Managing Director at Nomura and previously at Deutsche Bank. She worked closely with issuers, institutional investors, commercial banks, and rating agencies in designing, underwriting, and placing innovative finance solutions for new borrowers and with new investors. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Boğaziçi University in Istanbul and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Ilaria Espa is Associate Professor of International Economic Law and Senior Research Fellow at the World Trade Institute (WTI) in Bern. She is furthermore Adjunct Professor at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan and Lead Counsel of the 'Natural Resources' Programme of the Centre for International Sustainable Development Law (CISDL). Ilaria’s areas of expertise include international economic law, with a focus on trade regulation, international environmental law, and EU law. She has published extensively on issues at the intersection of trade and sustainability, mainly in the areas of climate change, energy and commodities, as well as on the law governing the sustainable management of natural resources, always from a multi-layered governance perspective.
María Fernanda Espinosa Garcés is an Ecuadorian academic, diplomat and politician with extensive experience in international affairs and high-level government positions.
She served as the President of the 73rd session of the United Nations General Assembly, becoming the fourth woman and the first from Latin America to hold that role.
Ms. Espinosa has also served as Ecuador's Minister of Foreign Affairs twice, Minister of National Defense, and as the first female ambassador and Permanent Representative of Ecuador to the UN in both New York and Geneva.
Currently, she is the Executive Director of GWL Voices for Change and Inclusion.
H.E. Ambassador Noemí Espinoza Madrid of Honduras officially assumed office as the 8th Secretary General of the Association of Caribbean States (ACS) on January 1, 2025, marking a historic milestone as the first Honduran to hold this prestigious position.
