Diane M. Edwards, MBA has led the Professional Services Unit, the consulting and executive education arm of the Mona School of Business and Management (MSBM) for one year. Her focus is to grow the consultancy into an internationally recognised partner for business and government by providing world class management consulting, executive education and short courses.
During her tenure, the Unit has introduced 6 new courses,
announced a partnership with the global market leading Digital Marketing Institute and broadened its consultancy outreach to the Caribbean.
Ms. Edwards joins MSBM from a 9-year career as President of JAMPRO, Jamaica’s investment and export promotion agency, where she and her team led the expansion of the BPO sector from 12,000 to 60,000 employees, attracted investment in 12,000 new hotel rooms and were instrumental in driving the government's Business Environment Reform Agenda.

Rommel Edwards is the Manager of Barbados Port Inc.'s Digital Innovation and Development Department, the department responsible for the development and maintenance of Barbados' Port Community System and Maritime Single Window.
He architected over 40 initiatives to simplify port processes and enhance trade facilitation. He has transitioned BPI's cargo management operations to the cloud and the construction of BPI's online payment platform, a first in the Port's history.
Mr. Edwards has played a role in Barbados Port Inc.'s multiple technology awards. He is a Certified NIST Cybersecurity Lead Implementer and chairs the PCS Technical and Cybersecurity committees.


S.E. M. Salomon Eheth is currently the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador and Permanent Representative at the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Cameroon.


Dr. Dahlia El-Hawary Vice President, General Authority for Investment (GAFI), Egypt Dr. Dahlia El-Hawary is an economist with over 30 years of experience in policy reform, focusing on sustainable finance, climate finance, financial sector development, access to finance, and Islamic finance. In her current role as Vice President of the General Authority for Investment (GAFI), she oversees key portfolios such as policy advocacy, institutional development, and economic performance, working to improve Egypt's investment climate and drive economic growth. Dr. El-Hawary has played a critical role in Egypt’s policy landscape, serving as an advisor to several Ministers of Investment between 2007 and 2018. She has collaborated extensively with international organizations, including the World Bank, IMF, UNDP, and UNEP, leading significant regional and national initiatives. These include authoring the 2021 report on sustainable finance in the Arab region and spearheading Egypt's first national report on financing sustainable development, launched in 2022. Earlier in her career, Dr. El-Hawary was a senior economist at the Public Enterprise Office, where she contributed to the restructuring and privatization of Egypt's public sector. Her work has consistently focused on promoting financial inclusion, sustainable economic practices, and regulatory reform. Dr. El-Hawary holds a Ph.D. and M.Phil. in Economics from George Washington University, as well as an MA and BA in Economics from the American University in Cairo.

Hamed El Kady is currently heading UNCTAD’s work on Investment Agreements (IIAs) and Investor-State Disputes (ISDS). With over 20 years of experience, he provides policy advice on shaping investment frameworks that drive sustainable development. El Kady plays a pivotal role in forging global consensus on strategic aspects of investment policymaking and was instrumental in the creation of Guiding Principles on Investment Policymaking for several regional organizations. He has led the organization of 40+ international conferences on investment, fostering global dialogue and collaboration. He is a key contributor to both the World Investment Report (WIR) and the World Investment Forum (WIF); and is a frequent panelist at leading international conferences on investment policy and law.

Adrie El Mohamadi is a Component Manager at the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), where she leads two donor-funded projects advancing the biotrade sector across South Africa and its neighbouring countries. With over 20 years of experience in project management, innovation, competitiveness, and sector development, she bridges political, business, and academic networks to drive systemic change in complex environments in various sectors.
She led the integration of Swiss- and German-funded biotrade initiatives within the GIZ cluster engaging with private sector, coordinated the inaugural African Biotrade Festival (ABF) in 2023 and co-facilitated its second edition in partnership with the South African Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment (DFFE) and the Department of Trade, Industry and Competition (the dtic) in 2025.
Under her stewardship ABioSA is currently in its second phase with discussion for the next phase starting in 2026. The programme continues to prioritise ABS-compliance, market access and SMME support while catalysing private-sector collaboration and sector-wide development plans for key indigenous value chains, aligning stakeholders from all the important spheres of the economy.
She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
