Charlotte Eba is a Lecturer in Economics at the University of the West of Scotland. She is also an active member of the Centre for African Research on Enterprise and Economic Development (CAREED). Eba's primary research focus centers on International Trade, with a specific interest in market institutions and their impact. Her dedication has yielded notable accomplishments, including her co-authorship of a book chapter that delves into the intricate relationship between market institutions and their role in trade and economic development in Africa.
Stefan Eberhard is a partner of the law firm OBERSON ABELS SA in Geneva, Switzerland. He advises on business law with a particular focus on M&A, corporate and contract law and covering industries such as technology, renewable energy, heavy industries, pharmaceuticals, retail clothing, banking, food and more. He also advises foundations and associations, in particular those involved in the sphere of the international organizations active in Geneva. A particular strength of OBERSON ABELS is its focus on tax.

Mr. Andreas Edele is a Senior Trade and Investment Policy Adviser at the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ). He provides advisory services to the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) on the contributions of trade and investment to sustainable development. On behalf of BMZ, GIZ recently conducted a study entitled “Domestic value addition & critical mineral value chains – How effective are industrial, investment and trade policies?”. Previously, Andreas worked as senior project manager in the Sino-German Corporate Social Responsibility Project based in Beijing (2010-2012), as development cooperation adviser at the Federation of German Wholesale, Foreign Trade and Services (2013-2015) and as senior adviser to BMZ on issues related to sustainability in garment supply chains (2016-2024). He holds a master’s degree in International Relations from University of Tübingen (Germany).
Juan Edghill is the current Minister of Public Works with responsibility for infrastructure and transportation (land, maritime and aviation), former Minister within the Ministry of Finance (2011-2015), current Chairman of the Parliamentry Sub-Committee on Economic Services, Member of the Public Accounts Committee and Member of Parliament.
He is an Ambassador for Peace (IIFWP), International Speaker and recipient of the Medal of Service National Award for outstanding service.
He earned a Doctorate in Divinity from Christian Faith University (Nigeria) and completed extensive professional training in Leadership, Mediation, Conflict Management and Resolution.
He is an exemplary Transformational Leader.

Anton Edmunds is the General Manager of the Caribbean Country Department at the Inter-American Development Bank Group. He previously served as St. Lucia's Ambassador to the US and Mexico, High Commissioner to Canada, as well as Permanent Representative to the Organization of American States. Prior to his diplomatic engagement, Anton provided advisory services to governments and businesses in trade, tourism and competitiveness.
He has been a contributor to the Inter-American Dialogue's Latin American Advisor publication; a contributor to the Atlantic Council's Latin America Initiative; was a Senior Associate with the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS); and was the Chair of the Caribbean Program at the US Department of State's Foreign Service Institute from October 2014 - November 2016.
Anton has a Bachelor's degree from The Catholic University of America and a Master's Degree from the American University.
Diane M. Edwards, MBA has led the Professional Services Unit, the consulting and executive education arm of the Mona School of Business and Management (MSBM) for one year. Her focus is to grow the consultancy into an internationally recognised partner for business and government by providing world class management consulting, executive education and short courses.
During her tenure, the Unit has introduced 6 new courses,
announced a partnership with the global market leading Digital Marketing Institute and broadened its consultancy outreach to the Caribbean.
Ms. Edwards joins MSBM from a 9-year career as President of JAMPRO, Jamaica’s investment and export promotion agency, where she and her team led the expansion of the BPO sector from 12,000 to 60,000 employees, attracted investment in 12,000 new hotel rooms and were instrumental in driving the government's Business Environment Reform Agenda.
