Peter Clubb is a Market Analyst at the International Grains Council (IGC), an intergovernmental organisation that monitors the global situation of grains, rice, oilseeds and pulses. Peter’s primary focus is on assessing the world supply and demand of rice and rapeseed (canola), including production, consumption, stocks and trade, as well as monitoring other grains and oilseeds. Before joining the IGC in 2017, Peter was the Editor of the Live Rice Index, a specialist rice market publication and price reporting agency, and has accumulated more than a decade of experience in monitoring the global rice trade.

Pamela Coke-Hamilton has served as Executive Director of the International Trade Centre since 1 October 2020. She joined ITC from the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), where she was Director of the Division on International Trade and Commodities.
Ms. Coke-Hamilton has a breadth of experience and expertise in trade-related capacity-building and sustainable development. She served with the Jamaican Government, the Caribbean Forum in trade negotiations, and multilateral institutions, including the Organization of American States and InterAmerican Development Bank. She previously served as Executive Director of the Caribbean Export Development Agency, strengthening the private sector and micro, small and medium enterprises through investment promotion.
She has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable economies such as the small island developing States and least developed countries. Ms. Coke-Hamilton has worked extensively with the private sector across African, Caribbean and Pacific countries and academia to build trade-related institutional strength within member States. She also established the Women Empowered through Export (WeXport) platform to address the disadvantages that women-owned firms experience in accessing markets.
Ms. Coke-Hamilton holds a Juris Doctor in Law from the Georgetown University School of Law in Washington, DC, and a BSc in International Relations and Economics from the University of the West Indies, Kingston, Jamaica.

Fabienne Colignon became Chair of the Consultative Advisory Group (CAG) of the International Public Sector Accounting Standards Board (IPSASB) in July 2023. Prior to her appointment as Chair of the IPSASB CAG, Fabienne was an active and experienced member of the CAG since 2016, and a regular observer of the IPSASB.
Fabienne has extensive expertise in public sector accounting and reporting through her role with the French Public Sector Accounting Standard-Setter, Conseil de Normalisation des Comptes Publics (the CNoCP), a council body within the Ministry of Finance, since 2013. Prior to joining the CNoCP, Fabienne was an audit professional, and served as a Practice Fellow with the IFRS Interpretations Committee. Fabienne has closely followed the work of the IPSASB as a French representative for the EPSAS project for the European Commission and for the CNoCP.

Steven is a change maker, with a passion for both international and organizational development.
He has been working on economic development, trade and investment throughout his career, active in multilateral, bilateral and private sector arena’s.
He served as a diplomat in Tanzania and Vietnam.
He was Chief of Staff and Director for Sustainable Economic Development at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
He was Executive Board member of IDH, the Sustainable Trade Initiative, making the business case for sustainable global value chains.
Steven studied Social Sciences in Brussels and Nijmegen. He is alumnus of THNK, the School for Creative Leadership.

David Rogelio Colmenares Páramo was elected Superior Auditor of the Federation of Mexico for the period 2018-2026 by the LXIII Legislature of the Honorable Chamber of Deputies. He is an economist graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), where he has been a professor for 30 years.
His career includes the assignment as Secretary of Finance of the State of Oaxaca; Delegate of the National Bank of Public Works and Services in the State of Oaxaca; Head of the Unit for Coordination with Federative Entities of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit; Special Auditor of Federalized Spending in the Superior Audit of the Federation of Mexico and Internal Comptroller in the Federal Court of Fiscal and Administrative Justice.
Since 1978 he teaches courses on Economic Policy, State Finance, Fiscal Policy and Public Sector Economics, among others. He has been a member of the Governing Board of the University of the Americas (UDLA) and of the Committee for Evaluation of Study Plans and Programs of the Schools and Faculties of Economics in Mexico.
From 2000 to 2002 he was President of the National College of Economists, actually he is member of the Technical Committee of the National Conference of Municipalities of Mexico (CONAMM), of the Mexican Academy of Comprehensive and Performance Auditing, A.C., of the Tax Affairs Commissions of the Employers' Confederation of the Mexican Republic (COPARMEX) and of the Business Coordinating Council (CCE).
At the Latin American and Caribbean Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (OLACEFS), he is Executive Secretary for the 2023-2028 period; in addition, in 2018, he served as president of the regional organization. Currently, he presides the Working Group on Disaster Management Supervision and is a member of the committees, commissions and working groups. In the Capacity Building Committee, he is in charge of the task force for the development of virtual courses.
At the Central American and Caribbean Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (OCCEFS), he coordinates the Capacity Building Committee and the Task Force for monitoring the Sustainable Development Goals.
At the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI), he presides the Value and Benefits of SAIs Working Group and also leads the Integrity Self-Assessment Tool (IntoSAINT). In addition, together with SAI of Peru, he is a full member of the INTOSAI Steering Committee, representing OLACEFS.


Anoushka Concepcion is currently an Associate Extension Educator focusing on marine aquaculture with the Connecticut Sea Grant Program and UConn’s Department of Extension. Her programming focuses on supporting the seaweed aquaculture sector through collaborations with industry, regulators, and others, to address emerging challenges including seaweed production, processing, food safety, market development and permitting.
Anoushka earned her B.S. in Marine Biology from UNC Wilmington and M.S. in Fisheries, Animal and Veterinary Sciences from the University of Rhode Island. In addition to her role as Chair of the Global Seaweed Coalition’s Strategic Advisory Council, Anoushka leads the US National Seaweed Hub, a multi-state collaborative addressing emerging needs of the domestic seaweed industry.
Beginning in August 2024, Anoushka will transition into her new position as Regional Aquaculture Coordinator for NOAA’s National Marine Fisheries Service, New England and Mid-Atlantic region.
Her 26+ years of experience includes microalgal, shrimp and finfish cultivation.
