
Fabíola da Silva Nader Motta is the General Manager of the Organization of Brazilian Cooperatives.
She is a political scientist with a strong background in advocacy, government, and institutional relations. She has been engaged in promoting cooperatives since 2009.
Fabíola was educated at the Ohio University and the University of Brasília.

Depuis septembre 2024, Mme Tiguidanké Dabo occupe le poste de Cheffe du Service Planification–Suivi & Évaluation, où elle supervise la programmation des projets et le dispositif de suivi-évaluation du département. Elle a auparavant dirigé la Cellule de Suivi-Évaluation (2021-2024) ainsi que la Cellule Statistique (2017-2021).
Mme Tiguidanké Dabo est Ingénieure de l’industrie minière diplômée de l’Institut Supérieur des Mines et Géologie de Boké, Mme possède plus de treize ans d’expérience au sein de l’administration minière guinéenne. Spécialisée en planification stratégique, suivi-évaluation et gouvernance du secteur, elle a contribué à plusieurs réformes majeures ayant modernisé la gestion des politiques publiques minières.
Son parcours transversal au Ministère des Mines et de la Géologie l’a amenée à travailler avec l’ensemble des directions techniques et des institutions impliquées dans la planification et le pilotage budgétaire, lui offrant une vision globale des enjeux institutionnels du secteur.
Elle a participé à l’élaboration de documents clés tels que la Politique Minière, les programmes nationaux (PNDES, PRI), les plans d’actions ministériels, les Cadres de Dépenses à Moyen Terme (CDMT) et les Programmes d’Investissement Public (PIP).
Bilingue français-anglais, elle maîtrise les outils de planification, d’analyse et de gestion de projet, et a renforcé ses compétences à travers plusieurs formations internationales, notamment en gouvernance minière (Université du Queensland, Australie), en leadership exécutif (Nanyang Technological University, Singapour) et en data mining (Kigali).

Gilma Dahanayake is an Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Trade, Commerce & Food Security in Sri Lanka and handle the internal trade matters. In addition, she has been functioning as the Acting Director General of Commerce in the Department of Commerce which is the trade policy formulating and implementing authority of the government of Sri Lanka. She headed to six divisions of the Department of Commerce such as Multilateral Affairs Division which is the focal point to the World Trade Organization, Bilateral Affairs Division, Regional Affairs Division, Trade Promotion Division, Rules of Origin Division and the Research and Training Division. She is a senior civil servant having 23+ years working experience and her career portfolio has been extended to Public Media, Health, Rural Economic and Internal Trade. She has been working in the Ministry of Trade since 2020. Currently she represents at the Boards Recently she headed the Sri Lanka Delegation to the Commonwealth Senior Official Meeting in London and then the Technical meetings of Australia-Sri Lanka Trade Facilitation Agreement. She is so enthusiastic in trade facilitation, regional cooperation and digitalization of the public services.

Mr. Riza Damanik is Senior Advisor to the Minister of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in the Republic of Indonesia.
Previously from 2018 to 2019 Riza Damanik was the Assistant Coordinator of the Presidential Special Staff. Since 2021 he has served as the Head of the Indonesian Maritime Scholars Association (ISKINDO) and in 2022 he was entrusted as the Head of the Advisory Board of the Indonesian Traditional Fishermen's Association (KNTI).
Riza Damanik pursued his master's degree in Environmental Science at Universitas Gadjah Mada. He then continued his Ph.D education at the School of Humanities, Resource Management, Universiti Sains Malaysia.
Hon. Minister Indileni Daniel is the Minister of Environment, Forestry and Tourism.
An experienced and expert Head of ECD Section, with a demonstrated history of working in the learning institutions and Local Authority, focusing more on community development, project management, policy development, facilitating, coaching and mentoring.
She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management, B. Ed Honors, Facilitating and managing of online courses from University of Namibia (UNAM) and Management College of Southern Africa (MANCOSA).

Charles Bud Darr is the Executive Vice President, Maritime Policy and Government Affairs, MSC Group.
An experienced global maritime leader in the areas of policy, government, and related law, Bud Darr is Executive Vice President, Maritime Policy and Government Affairs of MSC Group which operates in 155 countries.
Having served in the US Navy, Merchant Marine, and Coast Guard, as well as being an accomplished ocean yacht racer, Bud’s longstanding connection with the sea and ships is both personal and professional. Bud began his education in Submarine Nuclear Engineering and later obtained his formal undergraduate education at the US Merchant Marine Academy, where he was trained as a Deck Officer. During his service with the US Coast Guard, he studied law at the George Washington University Law School. He most recently led the Maritime Policy efforts of the Cruise Lines International Association prior to joining the MSC Group in 2017.
Today, Bud is engaged across MSC’s Cargo and Passenger divisions, developing the company’s central Government Affairs function, based at the Group’s headquarters in Geneva. He is closely involved in MSC’s response to developments in environmental public policy and regulation and other industry wide issues such as greenhouse gas emissions, maritime security, safety at sea, and international shipping policy.
He serves on the Boards for the UK Chamber of Shipping, BIMCO, International Chamber of Shipping, Liberian Shipowners’ Council, and Society for Gas as a Marine Fuel.

Mr. Pranab Kumar Das is the Director of the Compliance and Facilitation Directorate of the World Customs Organization.
Mr. Das has experience of over 36 years in Customs and Indirect Tax Administration in India having worked in various positions. As the Chairman of the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs he was leading a team of over 85,000 officers within Customs, Goods & Services Tax and Central Excise Duty.
Mr. Das’ deep commitment to customs reforms has seen India’s World Bank Ranking under the pillar of “trading across borders” improve from 146 in 2017 to 68 in 2019 and overall ease of doing business rankings from 100 in 2017 to 63 in 2019. He has spearheaded major trade facilitation and customs modernization initiatives such as the Single Window, Authorised Economic Operators program, mutual recognition agreements with key trade partners, paperless processes, strengthening Customs laboratories, and off-border clearances.
Mr. Das holds a Master’s degree in economics and a degree in law apart from a masters in philosophy on, “GST and its role on economic security”. He is also the recipient of the President of India’s Award for ‘Specially Distinguished Record of Service’.

Bibiana is Tax Auditor and Customs Officer in Brazil. She currently leads customs knowledge management at General Coordination of Customs Administration (HQ).
At Secretariat of the Federal Revenue of Brazil (Brazilian Customs) she has worked as a Border Customs Officer (Brazil- Argentina) and managed a land border Customs Office (Brazil-Argentina). She also has worked in the implementation of Brazilian's single window and at the National Committee on Trade Facilitation.
Bibiana is Bachelor of Law from the Federal University of Pelotas/RS. She holds a postgraduate degree in Project Management from the Getulio Vargas Foundation, and a master’s in law from the Unified Education Centre of Brasilia.
Amrita Dasgupta is an Energy and Minerals Analyst at the International Energy Agency (IEA) in Paris. She has been working on various topics related to clean energy technologies and energy sector decarbonisation for nearly six years on the World Energy Outlook (WEO) team at the IEA. Having co-authored around forty IEA flagship reports, Amrita was one of the lead authors of the IEA’s pioneering 2021 report on The Role of Critical Minerals in Clean Energy Transitions. Since then, she is one of the core members of the team founded to work on the demand and supply outlooks for critical minerals at the IEA. Her areas of expertise include rare earth elements, battery technologies, battery recycling, transport energy demand, solar PV technologies and low-emissions hydrogen production.
Amrita holds a Master’s degree in Physics from EPFL in Switzerland and a dual degree in renewable energy engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden and École Polytechnique in France. She has previously worked as a scientist and researcher at several cutting-edge research institutions in Europe: in nanomaterials like graphene at the Max Planck Institute for Solid State Research in Stuttgart, ultrahigh efficiency tandem solar cells at Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems in Freiburg and perovskite solar cells at École Polytechnique in France.
