Kailash Dhunnoo has been instrumental in driving initiatives towards greening ports in Mauritius, from a Small Island Developing States perspective.
His commitment to environmental sustainability has resulted in tangible contributions to the Port Management Association of Eastern and Southern Africa (PMAESA), and in shaping the future of Port Louis Harbour towards becoming a Greenport.
He advocates for innovative solutions aligned with global efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and to promote sustainable port sector practices.
He participates in IAPH's Technical Committees and shares Mauritius' experience on clean energy transition in ports and Green Port Initiatives in forums such as the Blue Ports Initiative of the Food and Agricultural Organization (FAO) and the IMO CARES.
Mr. Dhunnoo currently spearheads the UNCTAD Project on Sustainable Smart Port at Port Louis, including discussions on strategies and challenges for replicating energy transition roadmaps in Africa and the Indian Ocean SIDS.

Jessica has been joined the OECD’s Centre for Tax Policy and Administration in 2015 to work on the development of the BEPS Multilateral Instrument (MLI). She has since been an advisor in the Unit and led, in particular, the Unit’s work on the BEPS Multilateral Instrument. More recently, she led the negotiation of the new multilateral instrument that facilitates the implementation of the Pillar Two subject to tax rule. A Canadian and Italian national, Jessica is a member of the Quebec Bar, and holds a law degree from the University of Montreal and master’s degrees in taxation from HEC Montréal and the Wirtschaftsuniversität.

Carmine Di Noia has been the Director for Financial and Enterprise Affairs at the OECD since 2022. Previously, he was Commissioner of the Italian Securities and Exchange Commission (CONSOB), beginning in 2016. He was also alternate member of the Board of IOSCO and the Board of Supervisor at the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), Chair of the Committee of Economic and Markets Analysis (CEMA) and of the Post-Trading Standing Committee at ESMA, and Vice Chair of the Corporate Governance Committee at OECD. He had been Deputy Director General at Assonime, member of the Board of the Italian Stock Exchange, Chairman of the Policy Committee of EuropeanIssuers and Head of the technical secretariat of the Italian Corporate Governance Committee. He was a member of various working groups at the European Commission: European Securities Market Expert Group (ESME), Clearing and Settlement Advisory Monitoring Expert Group (CESAME), Forum Group on Auditors Liability, Securities Expert Group on FSAP. He is Full Professor of Financial Markets and Banking at the Business School of Luiss University in Rome. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics at the University of Pennsylvania and a Doctorate in Economic Theory and Institutions at Tor Vergata University.

H.E. Mr. Souleymane Diarrassouba is the Minister of Trade and Industry of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire.
Before joining the Government in January 2017, Souleymane Diarrassouba was the Managing Director of the Atlantic Business International Group, the financial, control and development holding company of the Atlantic Bank and Insurance entities in Sub-Saharan Africa.
His expertise in the banking sector earned him the positions of President of the Federations of Banks of the West African Monetary and Economic Union, President of the Professional Association of Banks and Financial Establishment of Côte d'Ivoire, and Vice-President of the Ivorian Employers' Association.
He previously served as Côte d’Ivoire’s Minister of Trade, Crafts and Small and Medium-Enterprise Promotion, and Minister of Industry and Mining.

Aurora Diaz-Rato Revuelta is the Permanent Representative of Spain to the United Nations Office in Geneva.
Prior to her appointment, Ms. Diaz-Rato Revuelta had been serving as Spain’s Ambassador to Switzerland and Liechtenstein since 2017. She was Spain’s Permanent Representative to the European Union in Brussels and Coordinator for Foreign Affairs from 2013 to 2017, and worked at the office of Spain’s Secretary of State for the European Union as a Counsellor from 2012 to 2013. She was Spain’s Ambassador to Uruguay from 2008 to 2012.
A career diplomat, Ms. Diaz-Rato Revuelta worked at the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation as Director General for cooperation with Latin America from 2004 to 2008. From 2001 to 2004, she worked at the General Secretariat for European affairs, General Direction for the coordination of general and technical affairs of the European Union, as a Deputy Director-General. She was posted at the Embassy of Spain in Dublin, Ireland as Deputy Chief from 1996 to 2001, and at the Embassy of Spain in San Jose, Costa Rica as Deputy Chief from 1987 to 1991. She joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Spain in 1983.
Ms. Diaz-Rato Revuelta has a law degree, a diploma in European law from the College of Europe in Bruges, and a diploma in international affairs from the Diplomatic School in Madrid. She was born in Madrid in 1957.

Yvette Diei-Ouadi holds a veterinary doctorate, from the Ecole Nationale Vétérinaire in Nantes, in France. She has over twenty-five years of experience in fisheries value chain efficiency enhancement.
She is the Fishery and Aquaculture Officer of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) subregional office for the Caribbean, based in Barbados, that she joined in July 2018, following 14 years of assignment in FAO Headquarters (Rome/Italy).
She coordinates the Secretariat of the Western Central Atlantic Fishery Commission (WECAFC) as well, a 34-member regional fishery body which promotes the effective conservation, management, and development of the living marine resources of its area of competence.
Stacy has over 20 years’ experience in Customs and international trade. She is responsible for the development and execution of Cisco’s global Customs strategy and framework on trade policy, which drives Customs compliance, strategic trade decisions, trade advocacy, and process optimization.
Stacy started her career as a Customs and international trade attorney with Grunfeld, Desiderio, Lebowitz, Silverman, and Klestadt, LLP in New York City. She took a short break from trade to become a commercial business trial lawyer but missed trade and came running back. She worked as a trade consultant for KPMG in Chicago before moving to the industry side. Prior to joining Cisco, Stacy was the Global Customs Manager at Hewlett Packard in Palo Alto, California.
Stacy holds a BA in international relations from the University of Michigan and a JD from Brooklyn Law School. She is the current Chair of BACM (Business Alliance for Customs Modernization) and former Customs Committee Chair for CompTIA (Computing Technology Industry Association). She is also a certified herbalist and has directed or served on the board of numerous sustainability organizations. In 2021, Stacy relocated with Cisco from the USA to Rolle, Switzerland.
Dhanush Dinesh, is a fearless visionary determined to shake up our food systems and take on climate change. Prior to founding Clim-Eat, Dhanush worked as Head of Partnerships and treach of CGIAR Research Program on Climate Change, Agriculture and Food Security (CCAFS) to scale up Climate-Smart Agriculture. He is a Trustee of Plan Vivo Foundation and a Visiting Researcher at the University of Leeds. His previous work experience includes roles within the private sector, NGOs, and the UN system, in China, India, Thailand, and the UK. He has worked on a range of issues including forestry, environmental policy, climate change adaptation, and advocacy, at the national, regional, and global levels.
Dhanush has an interdisciplinary academic background, combining an MBA from PSG Institute of Management and an MSc in Carbon management from the University of Edinburgh and has a PhD in Environmental Governance from the Universiteit Utrecht.

Antonis is the Head of Audit and Assurance at ACCA’s Policy & Insights team. He leads ACCA’s global policy on audit and assurance matters, contributing to Policy & Insights publications and responses to consultations. Antonis engages at local and international level with key organisations – including the UK’s Financial Reporting Council (FRC), the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB) and Accountancy Europe.
Antonis previously served as a technical advisor of the IAASB and the IFAC SMP Advisory Group and is a member of the Audit and Assurance Policy Group at Accountancy Europe. Before joining ACCA, Antonis worked as an auditor for EY in London and the Channel Islands specialising in financial services. He also worked for KPMG in Cyprus.
Antonis holds an LLB (Hons) Law degree from the University of Essex, the CFA Certificate in ESG investing and is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He is also a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus.
