The UNCTAD Multi-Year Expert Meeting on Transport, Trade Logistics and Trade Facilitation is a series of forums where experts, governments, and stakeholders discuss challenges and solutions for improving transport, logistics, and trade procedures, focusing heavily on supporting the least developed countries, small island developing states and land-locked developing countries.
These meetings generate recommendations, share best practices, and build capacity to make global trade more efficient and sustainable, leveraging UNCTAD's pillars of work: research, technical assistance and consensus-building.
The topic for the 12th session will be confirmed at the 78th Executive Session of the Trade and Development Board to be held in Geneva from 4-6 February 2026.
